Some loose screw trying to sell something or another.  Should be tarred and feathered for calling repeatedly.

I think this "screwloosed person" is a younger type female.  This caller is using a BLOCK on the number.  This person may be routing the calls via a PC. Thus, no one has figured out how to find this person.  It is possible to call the police and report this call as it may yet be in Orange, Ca.  Seems to be this report is accurate.  This person lets the "number" show up on the Caller ID number; however, the number can't be called YET.  Someone out there should be able to rock the boat just for the hell of it.

Phone rang, I answered who are you & what do you want as your name is UNAVILABLE on my acaller ID.
A person said "I am KEVIN, may I speak to [and he gave my husbands' name]"
I said "he was not aviable could I take a message." Then he asked if anyone had diabetis. I stated how was he qualified to take a survery at randum. HE HUNG UP.

I get a call from this number every day at least once.  I have spoken to the guy.  I have explained that I don't have diabetes and I don't have anyone living here that has diabetes.  I tell him I'm on the Do No Call Registry.  He says he will take my name off of the list.  He keeps on calling.  I've asked him why he would be wasting his time and mine by repeatedly calling.  He has no answer.  He just keeps calling.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Calls come daily and are very annoying. We don't answer since the number is not familiar. Hope the source of these calls from this number is found and prosecuted.

Repeated calls: daily, sometimes multiple call on given day.  I do not answer because I do not know the number.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number now for about a week. I do not answer since use my caller id. I also added our phone number to the national do not call list about 7 months ago and still receive this types of phone calls.

When I called immediatelly back, "the subscriber you have dialed is not in service"

I receive these same calls and do not answer. It seems like this person(s) are calling from a PBX system maybe IP PBX phone system. Some systems will allow you to enter any caller id information that you want the person that you are calling to see. If this is the case, then they are at a company and not calling from their house or cell. This sounds like another way of harrassing us.

Receive calls daily, sometimes 2 a day for the last month.  Answered the call once and no one was there.  Caller lets the phone ring 3 times then hangs up.

I'm so frustrated!  I'm handicapped and dashing to the phone is so hard on me.  I finally get there and there is no one there, or they hang up!
This should be ILLEGAL!  They call 2 times a day now for a week.  I have my phone number on a 'block call' for those 'crap' calls.  They are not supposed to call.  Obviously they are not following the legal route. I now look at the number before I answer it!  Yep, I'm totally frustrated!

they called and said they wanted to verify employment for somebody then said they could not say why they wanted to do it. had a very face british accent. weirdo!! call said it was "unknown"

Called me today for the first time.  No name just phone number.  Didn't answer nor did they leave a message.

got a call from this number today at 12:05pm my cell just rang twice I did not answer, I only answer cals from known numbers. I t is annoying, i hope someone stops this idiot

Someone from this number has called my house several times, no message. Shows as unavailable. Next time I'll answer it.
