These guys appear to have inactive for a very longtime based on other sights reviews, but they just called me and left no messahe. I 867'd them back and got a recorded message asking that I press 1 to have my number taken of their promo list. Yea, right, like that's going to happen.... CID reported simply: ST Cal Type: Slim

I had the very same experience 15 minutes ago!

We got the call at 6:17pm on June 26 - left no message.  Caller ID only says ST

Called a few minutes ago.I let the answering machine on. No message, hence, not important. It is best to ignore it.

Hang up. Left no message...Now Blocked

Called and left no message.  Caller ID just identifies them as "ST".  Apparently a telemarketer based on postings from other sites.

Yep, they are still active, and refuse to talk to my answering machine (grin).
Now blocked.

This looked like a cell phone call from outside my area code. I no longer answer these kind of calls unless I actually recognise the number. I allow the answering machine to take the call on the slim chance that it is legitimate; they rarely are. Then I come here and look them up. This is a perfect example of why this is a good policy. I avoid a great deal of annoyance this way. Go ye and do likewise!!!

Phone number: 714-607-6436 is located in Anaheim, California….Its exchange 607 is managed by DIGITCOM SERVICES, INC.  The number is currently on switch number LSANCARCCMA (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists).  Called land line and said if I was over 65 I could receive a complete medical alert system free plus a $3000 gift certificate….Press 1 to verify address, press 5 to notify your doctor. Our phone is on the no-call registry. I haven't verified if it was AARP.  Come on people. Get real. Scammers don't pay attention to DO NOT CALL LIST. The more complaints filed with FCC, the better. One complaint doesn't do it but make them aware. A lot of complaints get action.

Called at 9am, no message. Do not call list was ignored.

Senior Care USA or American Alert Services, probably one in the same.  Scamming seniors.

Same scammers using different phone numbers throughout the USA.  Message about senior care and a prize of $3000 in groceries.
