Called at 1:45 CDT, no msg left. Caller ID simply said Cell Phone.

Mine said Local - did not answer it

called at 9:42 AM - said LOCAL - did not answer - left no message

Well, area code 714 is not local!  I'll just chuck this up as another scam that the FCC lets annoy us.

Number just called me at 1:14 pm CDT. Said Local on the caller obvious NOT local as my area code is 918.
When are the lawmakers going to do SOMETHING about these scammers!

Called and left message, claimed they were authorized by AARP to call.  Said we had a prepaid medical alert device waiting for us and we had grocery coupons worth $3,000 waiting.  Said we were referred by our doctor (not true).

714-607-6438... "Local" on the CID. Left a lengthy message on my machine. It's always the SAME robo-message about how I was referred by my primary care doctor as a senior citizen. I'm not a Sr. nor do I have a primary doctor. This message comes from a TON of different numbers, always the SAME message, always a different number. "LOCAL" with a 714 area code sure ain't local to ME. Anyway, it's for a medical alert device that is "already paid for!" "FREE SHIPPING!!" Isn't that GREAT? Buzz off. It's been reported. Again. Not that it's going to help or anything...

I just got a call which I will add or have already added to my block list.  I will now get no ring but I will be able to get list of blocked calls on my phone.

I  got the Pro Call Blocker version 2.2 which allows blocking 10 area codes and 1500 phone numbers plus Private, Unknown, and Out of Area calls.

keeps calling after being asked not to call any more.

These people keep calling using different numbers. I want them to lave me alone, this should be illegal

Received call from LOCAL, 714-607-6438, claiming same AARP lies as others here have reported. I called AARP and they confirmed this is a **SCAM** and their legal team is working on this criminal SCAM to get them SHUT DOWN.
