i got a called reffering me to this number saying im going to be sued for a 4 year loan that just last month i paid offed. i've been scamed  3 times this year by this company (check and go) i want to know if this is real. because i dont really have 2230 dollars i mean thats is basically all i have in my savings.  please let me know. my number is [removed]  thank you very much

Someone called my mother's home claiming they had some paperwork to have me served. According to caller, they had attempted to serve me before. No, they didn't. I am mad that they are bothering my elderly mother with this bulls___!!! If they really wanted to serve me they could have found me. I hate these SCAMMERS!!!!  Is there no end to the bull they try to sucker people with.

I received a call from this number today, they said if i don't send almost $2400.00 they could not stop me being served papers for court.  They said I got a payday loan in 2008.  Number one I did not work in that year, how do you get a payday loan without a job.  When I asked for proof (ie) copy of signed application for loan and a copy of the check I should have submitted they said they don't have one.  Said it was done over phone or internet.  It this even possible?  They called my husbands cell phone and told him I had a failure to appear in court.  I was never even served.  I have always turned in a change of address whenever I moved.  No way they could not find me.  Since I won't send them the money without them giving me proof I did this they said I am going to be served court papers in the morning.  Will update later.
