714-676-0384 calls me like twice a friggin' day. I called back today and a recording says the phone number has been changed or is no longer in service. I will answer next time If I can and tell these boneheads that I am on the DO NOT CALL     REGISTER.

This number has called my cell phone several times..who is it? I do have Time Warner Cable, but why would they be calling.

It means you need to pay your phone bill... it's the collections department calling to remind you a payment is due.

Or another option is the person is already paid up(such as myself) and Time Warner is annoying.

I too received a phone call from them today but unfortunately didn't get to it in time to answer. There was no message left and when I called the number back it says it's not inservice....???? If it is Time Warner Cable's collection department I don't understand why they would be calling me as they owe me money. I have a credit on my account which I recently closed do a move into an area they do not service.

I've actually answered and no one said anything.

Just got a call from this number. He said he was calling on behalf of Time Warner Cable and could save me money. He said he had my account on screen in front of him but kept asking for my cable details. He said something about the priceline deal. I chose to hang-up.

This person called me and said they were from time warner. Then they asked me how much I was paying for my services. I told her that if she was with time warner she should have that information. Then she kindly ended the call immediately.

I've received several calls from this nos. It is annoying.  the first time, I ignored it because I don't know where it is coming from, then the third time, I answered and I heard laughters from the background and no answer and  hung up.

This is a "Phishing" number" if you answer, you confirm your number is live. Then your number is logged and used as an outgoing number for whatever agency is using the "Phishing" number. You will then get calls from random people asking if "you just called me". This is how telemarketers are avoiding the "No Call" list. its effing anoying...

I just called this number right back and it was out of service .Maybe calling from a phone booth?

I received missed call. Glad this message board is here. Glad I didn't answer. Thanks everyone for keeping it real (p.s. I'm all paid up on my bills so this "bill collector" theory is non-sense.) I believe they are trying to phish to see if the number is live, whoever "they" is.

This number came through on my cell phone last night when I said hello they hung up.  I have no idea what the company or individual name is as no one answered not even an automated machine.

just got a call from this number... Didn't answer it cause I didn't know the number.  Called back and got a "call can't be completed as dialed" message.  I think I've gotten calls from this before and I never answer it.

I've gotten all the same results as the people above when trying to return this call, and they also call me quite frequently. I paid my Time Warner bill on time, so I know it's nothing to do with collections, but I have gotten calls recently (usually while i'm driving or busy) from "Time Warner". Thanks for all the info, everyone. Next time they call i'll tell them to take me off the list.

Phishing my number and now im getting unknown calls from out of stats. Claimed they were Time Warner

This number just called a few minutes ago (714)-676-0384 Caller I.D picked up as "California" but they didnt leave a message just hung up. I tried calling back, but there was no ringtone so i just hung up.
