I got a call just now from this number as well. I didn't answer the phone.

i received a call from this number and answered, they asked for the male of the house, then i said no thankyou and hung up.  they then called back about 30 minutes later and when i picked up they hung up the phone.  i will not be picking up the phone again.

I also recieved numerous calls in one day from this number. They would not respond to me just hang up. I wana say about four times in one day.

got the same call. didnt answer, but called back. is indeed a research/survey group. figured we were already on the do not call list, but used the remove my number link just in case.

I believe it is a scam now praying on veterans.  They called me about the  GI Bill I was just awarded and wanted information.  They told me I could receive up to 3k advance payment to pay my tuition.  The GI Bill they called me on was one that pays 100% tuition.  I am going to call the VA in the morning to let them know. Of course I just hung up after about a min.

I clicked the link you suggested, and entered my phone number last Friday.  This is Wednesday and we're still getting calls every night.   I don't think your opt out solution is honored.

ER Surveys has called me sporadically over the last few months and I've just hung up.  Last night they called my house after 9:30 PM.  I told the caller that I didn't want to be called at that hour and hung up.  He proceeded to call me every five minutes for the next half hour and not say anything when I picked up.  I finally had to disconnect my phone.  ER Surveys abuses their ability to to telemarket the public.

First of all, it's www.easternresearch.com . Second of all, why is it the same mysterious no-message leaving caller from California, and third of all, why does what Bryan say seem strangely applicable to people who may or may not be someone I may or may not know.  I also got a random email that sounded way overly official and awkward with some random stamp to "prove" its officiality making similar claims, though I've since deleted it.  Whatever this number and random poster attempting to represent E Research is, it's definitely illegal.  With any luck, they will hack my IP and then proceed to try to kill me somehow, but we'll see.

The website given by this liar is clearly not the actual website of the company, as in, www.microsof.com ......

Why do you guys refuse to answer the phone seeing that you called me in the first place.  What's with the dead silence on the other end?

I've submitted my number twice to be taken off your list.  Once, a week ago Friday, once again this past Wednesday.  That's way beyond the 48 hours it says you need to remove me.

We sure didn't appreciate the 9:30 am wake up call you gave us on our Saturday morning.  Then you called again three hours later.   I sure am glad I put our number on your op out list.  Thanks for being so ethical.

ok, I have gotten a couple calls from this number in the past few days. I did not answer, nor did they leave a message.
First of all people, I would not use outside links from anybody.. for all you know, that link address on that other post could be a link to put you on the calling list! or it could be a website with viruses..
And about the GI Bill.. just hang up on them.. if you have any concern about your GI Bill then just call the VA and ask them... dont wait for someone to call you.
You shouldnt trust anyone that calls you and asks you for your information anyway! wake up!

same call as Bryan, concerning G.I. Bill advance payments.  It was about the 4th or 5th time they called.  I work for a cell phone company and they called my work cell phone.  The caller knew quite a bit of information about my entitlements, but didn't ask for any information.

If you continue to receive these calls, there is a link on the FCC website that you can place a formal complaint.  I've used it before and received a response from them.  Not sure what course of action they take against the company, but I'm sure after enough complaints, they'll have to do something.  Hope this helps

I have received calls from this number on both of my cells phones.  One cell phone they are talking about debit consolidation the other GI Bill benefits.  Definitely a scam!  Recommend blocking there number if possible if not then file a complaint with the FCC.  They call several times a day from 8 AM - 10 PM every two hours or so.

Received several calls and told them not to call everytime. The last time I told them a few choice words. Told him my number was private and dont know how they got it. And to take my number of their list and was told they do not have a list and that it was a ramdon call. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. Doubt it will help. but who knows

This is a lie, their "do not call list" only gets you MORE calls. They ignore your requests to stop. 7-8 calls from these people, I have told them to stop they continue. My next step will be the New York State Police

Several calls a day every day, no messages ever left. Would like to know what to do to get these calls to stop!!!!
