One ring from this number immediately followed by rings from (714) 253-0104 within one second. Looks like a war-dialing technique designed to spoof blockers and n o m o r o b o. This number answered with a Not In Service recording and the (714) 253-0104 number answered with "Welcome to Call to Rich" recording, asking for a PIN number.

It's a home improvement telemarketer

Home Improvement Center out of Santa Monica, California.    Scam telemarketer.  I asked the telemarketer is there is something I can do to stop his lead generation company from calling me.  His response was a string of swear words.

Got a call from this one too, CID just says Cell Phone.  No msg left.  I never pick up if I don't recognize the number.

I received a call from this number this morning, the "gentleman" stated that he was calling from "Home Center" lied and said he talked to me a few weeks ago about upgrades on my home.  I told him that Home Center previously contacted from (from number (714-624-9136) and were advised that I was on the National Do Not Call List and requested to have my number removed.  He then put a bitchy woman on the phone who was extremely rude and told me that I am not "savvy" and hung up on me.  This "Home Center" place has also called me from phone number 714-548-6981.
