keep calling continuously. Leave no messages. Bank of America. Call work/home/cell all the time.

I called the number back and it was in fact Bank Of America...They also have a 716, and 216 number

I am a switchboard operator at a private club and I get calls from this number constantly for several of our employees.  The first time this number calls there is no one there.  A minute or so later the same number will come in again and they will ask for someone.  Very irritating, #1 the employees they are calling for are busy (working-can you imagine that) and do not want to be harrassed at work and #2 the phones are too busy to be constantly dealing with scumbag bill collectors and scammers!

I got a call from this number asking for my wife, which they already have all of our information, due to us paying off our credit card. No problem paying off the amount for the past 8 months until now. Right when I said that she wasnt available they sid Ill call back and huung up. I called back and they started  asking for my SS# and any other info. and I said how the [***] am I suppoes to know that you are bank of america. They already have all of our info and have never called from that area code. I said [***] off there is no way I am giving you my information, much less SS#, address and credit card #. WHY WOULD THEY ASK THAT IF THEY ALREDY KNOW?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Bank of America Visa Card is a crafty little company (getting smaller too considering recent layoffs of 3000 employees)!  They use this number and several others.  They leave no messages...like we'd call them back if we are late on payments and can't pay!

IDIOTS!!

They called one of my coworkers and asked for me and then when he said that he wasn't me that started asking him if information was correct and asking him to make a payment that isn't even late.  The next day they called back from a new york number and did the same thing.  How they got my co-works cell number and my name together i have no idea...this has to be against the law some how doesn't it?

Repeated incoming calls, 4-5 daily, even on Sunday and late at night.

Unknown number using my cell minutes

This number  1-714-792-5293 keeps calling my cell phone. The caller id always comes up unknown caller, and the number. They do not leave a message, and it is very annoying...The calls come in at all times of the day and night...Sometimes I even have to cut my cell phone off.

my roommate just got a call from this number today, asking about her Verizon acct.  Very suspect, thank goodness she knew not to give any info!

Got a call on my cellphone, no one on the other end of the line.

I'm in San Diego, cell phone is on Verizon.

They called me and I called them back and they told me there were no problems to disregard this call. THEN WHY DID THEY CALL ME???????

Same thing...calls my business 3-4 times a day and never anyone there.  Really frigging annoying.

I started getting calls from this number today. They started at 10:15 am. It is now 3:30pm and so far I've gotten 4 calls on my cell with NO MESSAGES. I see here that other people think it's BofA Credit. I better check my account to see if I'm past due....

I just received another of many calls from this number (714-792-5293 California).  I told them that had the wrong number.  They asked if I knew the person..which I don't.  I told them you have the wrong number.  They said again "Do you know him".  After I said for the THIRD TIME you have the wrong number.  He told me we will just keep this number and then hung up on me!!!!!  

WHO THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE?????

This is crazy and harrassment!  You are constantly calling me for a stranger!!!

I get 6 or 7 calls from this number daily-no message. I just called it back, and a recording said, "Thank you for calling card services. We can not take your call at this time."
This is harrasment.

I used to work at a financial institution and asking a caller for personal info is standard procedure, due to the prevalance of id theft.

I got my first call from this asking for my ex-husband.  They identified themselves as MasterCard Sprint.  Caller id said card services. The caller's accent was difficult to understand.

I know how frustrating it is getting these calls.
   
They should not be asking you for your whole SS#. I am usually asked to either:
1. What are the last four digits of my SS#
2. What are the last four digits of my telephone number (this one gets me, they just called me and they want to know the last four digits of phone #?)

Hang in there Hot Rod, I know exactly where you are coming from. These people are always calling my cell phone, so now I just screen my calls, if it is a 714, 216 area code I won't answer.
