Oops. I should have picked up this call instead of assuming it was a telemarketer. I had phoned HSBC bank and they asked me if I would complete a survey based on the experience. I said sure and was told someone would phone me back. So it's likely this number is the survey company's phone number.

Yes you are right - I was on phone with HSBC and got the msg about survey - ironically the survey called while I was still on hold with the useless rep but that's another story :)  I'm assuming it is HSBC but they could outsource to a survey company so I'd still be careful if you don't recognize why they call (No msg left just 4 seconds of dead air but I guess if it was a computerized survey that could happen...)

HSBC call-back for voluntary customer feedback survey.  You had to opt-in to it.

I agreed to have HSBC call me back in 30 minutes regarding a customer service survey to let them know that they provide the poorest customer service ever known to mankind. I am still on hold and am unable to take the call.

I got this phone call twice with the caller ID as Verizon RC 41. The first time while I was on the phone with the HSBC rep. The second came in with the caller ID as stated before. When the automated message came on I picked up and it was the  HSBC survey.

HSBC survey call, but I was also on hold waiting to be serviced.  Not surprised.  This bank is completely unorganized.  I've been transferred between so many people.  I don't know how this bank is still in business.
