keep getting repeated calls from a fax machine, possibly a wrong number but annoying none the less

I'm on the Do Not Call List, but was a AAA member at one time, I think that gives them permission to call.  It is annoying though.

Calls and Cannot call back

AAA trying to call and ask if I have filled in the questionnaire they sent via mail.

Call AAA at 800-672-5246, but I can't call back, or there is a busy signal.

I rec'd a call from this number and it's currently AAA telling me that they have 'Yet to receive a response to the questionaire' they sent me.  I received this 'questionaire' on Saturday.  Today is Monday.  Oddly enough, if you're 2-days late with a payment they cancel your insurance, scar your history, and jack-up your rates in order to sign up again.  Bye-bye, AAA...I'll take my business elsewhere as it's plain to see where you make your money, and how you choose to provide your customers with service.

I received a call from this number from someone looking for a co-worker of mine.  She used to work for AAA but couldn't understand why they called me.

They caller asked for my co-worker by name.  Weird.

left a message that my aaa address was wrong, no reference to my name or aaa membership number

Called today - didn't recognize the number so let it go to voice mail.  They didn't leave a message.  I'm thankful people post information like this so I know to 'ignore' their call next time.  Thanks everyone.

Received a call on my cell phone, but didn't answer because I didn't catch my phone in time.  No message was left, however, and when I called the number back it indicated that this was the AAA administrative offices.

I got two calls from this number within a two-hour period and let it go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message (so I guess it wasn't terribly important). I *am* a AAA member, so after reading these comments I decided to call back (about 5 minutes after they last called me) and got a recording that their office had closed over an hour ago!  Obviously not if their employees are still calling me.

I filled out an online AAA questionnaire and put my work number for them to call me back. When I got home there was a message on my home phone from them?? I didn't fill the form out with my home phone so the must have opened my membership file and called the home number from that. My guess is a lot of people get calls from someone else filling out the online questionnaire but no longer have the same home phone number in their AAA membership file. I had to fill the questionnaire out again to get someone to call me at work. I was very satisfied with their service from that point on. The guy that called my home phone finally called my work number the next day but it was too late I had already signed up with the person who responded to the second questionnaire I had to fill out.

caller says i filled out a questionaire to a college???? asking for me by name.  calling the wrong person and rude.  i have insurance w/ aaa don't treat me like this at all. wierd.... don't like at all!

I got a call from this number today - they left a message saying they were from AAA and needed to update my mailing information.  Funny thing is, I just received my AAA membership renewal in the mail last week.  WTF!  They  also asked that I return their call at 800-361-6726.  I'm not calling anyone back!

This call is a scam, even though it comes up as being from AAA Auto Club on my phone.  The recording said my policy had lapsed and they would be letting the DMV know I was driving uninsured.  I called AAA from my own paperwork, and they verified that my policy was all paid for.  DON'T CALL THEM BACK - they are SCAMMING YOU for info!

So...  Talked to AAA some more to try to report this - and they said the one li'l thing that hadn't occurred to me in my anti-scammer rage - that sometimes the call is for someone who previously had the same phone number as you.  Which may have been the case here.  So, caller, proceed with caution, and call AAA back from YOUR OWN paperwork.

Don't know why they called

All of this above is what happened to me. Two calls in a row, no message, wanting to know more info from an underwriter.
I am already complete with AAA, dont know why they are calling again. I smell Bull****
