heather from account services called my cell from this number, no doubt spoofed. recorded message, did not wait to listen to the regular message. i hung up. annoyed because i have a pay per call plan and this cost me a $ to answer.

this number called my phone on 4/22/14 at 1:31P.  I did not ans and no msg left on ans machine.  

this number called my cell phone, recording from Heather from account services, lower my interest rate on my credit card, press 1.  Never said what company etc.  we don't have any credit cards. Hung up.  Total scam, they want you to enter your credit card # so then they can use your info.

This number calls our business daily and after I answer they hang up. We reported this number and will continue until they stop.

714-863-1122 called by cell phone # which only 3 people have it - - - use it just for these 3 people and ( I do not know how this company ever got my cell # ). Called it back on my home phone and man's voice said " the person you are calling is not available right now, please try again later ".

States this phone number is from California and I'm Eastern time so that means if I got a call @ 8:38 am it would be 5:38 am Pacific time. I had enrolled on the < DO NOT CALL REGISTRY > a few weeks ago and that evidently was a waste of time.  THIS CRAP NEEDS TO STOP !

Same story as the others -- this is another of the never-ending "lower your credit card rate" scammers.  This was the infamous "Heather" calling again and again and again.

Yup, "Heather " just called me, too. Heather and her puppeteers should be water-boarded, then shipped over to Guantamino Bay for additional interrogation.

They called by cell. I did not pick it up. They left no message.

Just called.  Weren't on the line when I tried to answer so I hung up.  What is the scoop.  How do they get your cell number or do they just call numbers?  Will see if I can block future calls.  

This number called my cell phone today but I cannot answer. I'm on that stupid "Pay As You Go" and I won't waste my money on junk phone calls! Not many people even have my cell number so I have no idea how these idiots got it. They must dial random numbers or something. I've read the previous comments about this number and if it is about a credit card, they are barking up the wrong tree and wasting their time because I don't even have a credit card! What morons.

This is a total scam. Phishing for banking info. When I asked which card they were referring to, they hung up on me.

Same experience: "Heather" called my mobile phone with recording to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Never said what company etc. Complete scam

Scam - claiming to be credit card company trying to reduce interest rate.  No company name and when you call the number back it won't go through.

Got a call on cell phone. Did not leave a message. I don't have a credit card.

NEVER answer unknown calls....just BLOCK them from future calls...it  will STOP if you do!
