I just reported Galkos Construction to the FCC

Received call on 11-July-2012.  No msg left on ans machine.  Our phone number is on the federal DNC list. Caller ID shows Galkos Cnst Inc.

The BBB shows the following:

According to posts on the BBB, this company says that it takes two weeks for them to place a number on their do not call list, and only after being requested to do so.  They do not explain why they don't check the federal  Do Not Call list before calling to solicit a product or service (cold call telemarketing).

the caller called us @ 18:32,01/17/2013. I picked up the phone. The person didn't make any sound. I returned the call, no one answer. I returned the call 40 minutes late,again, no one answered.

I'm on the Federal No-Call list. On 4/30/13..my phone rings. I can't answer. No message. I check the "last incoming call number"...and its from THIS number.

I've received 3 calls from Galkos CNST Inc. The incoming number on the caller id is 714 933-7175. I almost returned the call.  I'm glad I looked at this web first.
