Called and I did not pick up. Automated caller left message "Hello. The state has listed your residence as potentially eligible to convert your homes electrical source to solar electricity. This will reduce your monthly electrical bill by sixty to seventy percent and log in very low power rates for ten years. This is not a sales call. You will not be asked to purchase anything. We all know America needs to focus on cleaning up our planet. So here is your chance to help out. If you are still the homeowner and your electrical bill still average more than one hundred dollars per month. Please press five now to confirm your eligibility. The enrollment period for your zip code ends 06/15/2014. So time is limited. To revoke your eligibility and no longer receive program updates, please press one now."
I'm not even a homeowner and added number to my phone reject list.

714-907-4294 calls twice a day, every day!
Left and automated message about a new energy relief program to help lower my utility bills with solar.
They also say "This is not a sales call",  OK... then why are you calling???
I tried calling back since the number they are calling is a business plus we have no control over the building, but the number was invalid. I will research more and come back and let everyone here know what I find.

The same people also called me from 909 947-3654. What is up with these solar/clean energy scam artists? I blocked both the 714 and 909 number. I expect they will call me from another number. I wish the FTC would actually enforce the do not call list. It would be a great way to raise needed money.

Actually they do, unfortunately it takes time since most of the scammers, frauds and illegal telemarketers spoof numbers.  Makes it harder to catch the culprits. Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

First time call for me - not to worry, I have blocked their future calls.

Buy a call blocking phone or device - they work and they are inexpensive.

These people frequently call me on my cell phone...when I return the call I get a message that says the number is no longer in service...very annoying...and I am on the national do not call list.

answered and said to be connected. person said hello and then promptly disconnected me so I didn't have opportunity to say remove me from all internal call lists. not sure if it's worth it to block number since when I tried calling it the recording says call cannot be completed as dialed. I filed a complaint with the FCC. Maybe if we bombard them with complaints they will do something. I suppose I could make a white list of numbers... Just bought a new phone system that will block 250 calls since last panasonic only blocked 30. Imagine that - 30 was insufficient. i had to turn off my answering machine as to not waste time listening to hangups anymore. what a racket. what a violation of my privacy and time,

So far today, I've received four calls -- and four hang-ups -- from this number.

But reporting these this way seems to do nothing, absolutely nothing.  Therefore, what IS the objective for creating such websites in regard to solicitations, etc.?

Call me over and over and will not answer!and cannot stop them from calling ,over a year now stop calling me ',,,Mad as H.tried to call back will not answer STOP IT.and this is not the only number to do this and my call block is full.has to be a way to stop them,,

These are constant for me, they tie up my machine with long messages.

So...... whatever happened to the no call list.  I have been getting this call once a week for about the last month!

Called left no message, I am on do not call list, telemarketing again.

This website allows us to look up the number and see who it is.

I'm glad I didn't answer this, from the previous comments, it's just another bonehead telemarketer trying to steal your money.
