They keep calling looking for someone that has never had my number have called several times and asked to remove my number. But they continue to call

This is a harassing scheme of a debt collector who has bought old debt saying that you still owe money and they need an address to collect and send a litigation letter!

STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

BEWARE! This is a harassing debt collector: Premium Asset Services. They are operating unlawfully by violating multiple provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. For example, (1) they will not send written notification of the debt; (2) they do not identify themselves as a debt collector in phone communications, instead falsely posing as a law firm; (3) they will threaten litigation when they do not intend to do so.

I received numerous calls from these people. Its a scam. I made the mistake of believing a gentleman that kept calling repeatedly, saying that I was going to get arrested if I didn't pay off a defaulted loan through CashNetUSA. I scrounged together the money, paid the loan off and even got something in writing saying that the loan was, in fact, paid in full. I checked with CashNetUSA, and they record of my loan being paid in full. Now I am getting call from this company. I emailed CashNetUSA and the response they gave me, was that this is fraud. Do not call these people back. CNUSA is working closely with the FBI to try and catch all of the fraudsters.

This is the third phone number that this company has called me from… Calling my work also and threatening my co-employees as well. Threatening to include my employer in a subpoena and became very rude with one of my workers while I was out due to a death in the family. My coworker told her that she cannot be calling  my work regarding this personal business and she basically told my coworker she could not tell her what to do.  I have not received anything from premium services nor do I know anything about this. When I called they do not give any information other than wanting location or whereabouts.

Claim a legal matters pertaining to my social security number and Ifor I return the call they'll press fwd as non agreement and take further action.

People at (714) 929-2799 keep calling me and leaving messages. They are a scam.  Do not call them back.

This number has called myself and my family multiple times a day. Using different numbers saying they will send police to arrest me at my place of business if I do not take care of "this matter". They tell me that I need to verify the first 5 digits of my ssn because they have the last 4 already. Very rude when I decline and they will also not give me what company or what matter it is that i need to take care of. The message left today was that they spoke to my sister and she verified my address and phone number but she stated she never spoke with them. They called 3 weeks ago and told me that if I didn't verify my information or take care of the matter then they would send police the next business day. Total scam watch out.

This PAS or Premium Asset Services say they  do "judgment enforcement" and are located in Riverside California.  In reality, of course they are debt collectors.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

They are located in California and are in violation of the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well.

Sick and tired of this type of phone call.  Phone and property does not belong to the individual whom they say need to call them back immediately.  When will this sort of harrassment stop?
