just got a message to verify my details .. they had all of them but were threatening to sue me over cc debt and have me arrested so I could not fly.. i did try and make a deal with them at which point they were not interested saying that i was a liar and had more available credit then i was pretending to have .. total stupid jerks.

Received a call from Stan, very rude, although I have no dealings with this company, as someone gave my name & # as a reference he was accusing and very evasive as I tried to inquire why he was calling me.. Unbelievable I hope he does not call again

Unsolicited recorded message call from PRM & Associates.  Requested I call them back.  No information as to reason for call.  We have no bills overdue and pay on time.  Not sure why I should spend minutes calling them back.

message from PRM & associates, the voicemail said they have been trying to reach me several times about the property i reside in ( i rent and have no overdue bills ) and i have not had any missed calls from them before. they said i have to call within 24 hours, i may call later to get details, but i've filed a complaint on the do not call registry.

I swear....If I find out that this a scam..heaven help them.

Got a phone call from this company stating I needed to call them back regarding the property I reside in, stating that I owe a cc company from 2006, and that they have tried several times to contact me.  They have never contacted me and I dont owe a cc company anything.  Anybody know anything about this company?  Very arrogant agent on the phone. Very vague about the situation.

These people (because I think more than one have called me) have been harassing me and my place of employment for over a week.

Here is some information about them. The number 714-969-2255, I believe this is a land line, belongs to a person named AUSTIN J. BROWN. The address is 8132 Pennington Dr in Huntington Beach, CA 92646-6738 (google it). These are the other numbers he uses 714-969-1133 (I think this is a cell) and 866-485-0201. He goes by the name Mr. Brycen, Mr. Parker, and Dan Garrett. He claims to be from CCS, possibly CCM, PRM Associates, PR Associates and Premium Receival (not even a real word).

They spoke with the owner of my company, and in addition to calling him a moron, accused me of being a thief. Additionally, they threatened me with imprisonment, confiscating my property, and possibly losing my children. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. A person like this, that targets people already in trouble, is a monster and needs to be stopped! He does not play by the rules. I believe if the people that he has harassed unite and cause him a fraction of the grief he has caused us, it will be time well spent.

If you live in his area, please file report with the police department for harassment. Bullies like him need to be stopped

I spoke to the police department in Huntington Beach and was told I needed to contact my local police, which I did. They Huntington police said if the local police requested their assistance they would help. I have reported his number (along with the other 2) to the local police. I am hoping this will be of some help to all the people this man has terrorized. I suggest everybody else do the same. Here is the information I gave my local authorities:

Got the same PRM associates message, it's imperative that I call about the property I reside in, etc.  I just moved into this house a month ago and am not behind on anything so it's BS.  I will have his number blocked if he calls again.

I received a call from 714-969-1133 yesterday from a "Mr. Parker.  Regarding my property, but my name isn't even on my property.  I really hope something is done about this guy.  This is ridiculous.

i got a call on my work cell which nobody has-dont know how they got that number-he knew everything about me-except that im not an idiot-then got another call from a "restricted" number threatening me by "repossessing my car and taking everything i own that wasnt nailed down" and then "hed go after my husband, ruin my credit and report me to the IRS" very scary that this guy knew my license plate number and ratttle off my ss#-im  going to contact california attorney general office-thanks for these posts-not only is this illeagal in the state that i live in but how in the hell does somebody get all your personal info

i received a call on my work cell # and i have no idea how they got this-not from my employer-this is a number that i never give out-said it was about my property-thinking it was my home i called-this guy threatened me then i got a call from somebody else asking where my car was as they were coming w/court order to reposses it-its paid for-then he was going to ruin my credit, report me to the IRS,and take all my personal possessions-i need to find a way to have this guy stopped-he has all my personal info including my license plate number-very scary-the good news is that im not easily intimidated and far from being an idiot-if they contact you-hang up or tell them that youre recording the conversation and dont verify any information at all

i ahve submitted a complaint to the california attorney generals office regarding this company/individuals

My relative received a call today from this # by a man threatening to seize my property (I'm homeless and I have no vehicle... and in fact, I'm using a relative's comp to do this) and calling her an idiot. This is no exaggeration, this person actually called my relative an idiot. This is very concerning. I have no idea what this is about but judging from the way he talked to her, I'm not calling to find out. Sounds like some type of scam, otherwise they would know that I have no property to seize.

left message to call #714-969-1133, message said to call back it was imperative to call within 24 hours regarding property reside, tried calling back (before i googled the number and saw these posts).  didn't leave a message and won't call back.  Have no idea how he got my number or why he called.  Based on these posts, I hope he doesn't call back and actually get me....I'll rip him a new one and report to police (and record the conversation).  It appears based on these posts that it is a debt collector so.....I'll show the call type as debt collector.
