recorded message. I could not understand name of company. Message said they have left several message (which they have not) and this was my last chance to call or do not bother.

Some guy from CCS who has left several messages and we have not responded. If I dont call by 10am tomorrow dont bother.  What a scam..They have never left any messages.

I also received a voicemail from the same number with the same message as above. he said he was calling from CCS. prior to today's call, I've been getting automated calls asking for someone by a similar name to mine, stating that this person owes money. I never replied because it's not for me (or anyone I know).
I think I'll take them up on their offer of not calling them back by 10am tomorrow.

I have just got my first phone call from this same number and person with the same message
i have no clue on what they are talking about . don't know what to do .
it does scare me . can i go to jail . never been to jail and don't know what to do

I too got a call from this person which he left a message on my answering machine saying he is from CCS (or CPS?) and has left several messages (which he did not) and to call them back. This person is suspicious because; 1) he never stated who the phone call is for, and 2) I have know idea who CCS or CPS is.

It appears that the Number is registered to a one; Austin J. Brown located in Huntington Beach, CA.

I also got a call from this person who left a rude message on my answering machine saying that he was from CPS (or CCS) and has left several messages (which he hadn't) and to call them back or else or something vaguely threatening,  I didn't appreciate the tone of voice, so I returned the call to complain about it and to find out what they wanted.  The guy said were trying to locate a guy I knew years ago.  I asked what it was about and the guy on the phone said "legal issue."  

If I could get more information about the company, I'd like to FOIA the company to find out how they got my name and associated it with the guy they were looking for.

I got the same call, rude message about several attempts to contact us (which never happened); however, I've been getting automated calls for someone else by a different name that might have lived here before.  I always just delete those auto-messages.  The strange thing is that I say our names on the voice-mail so he should know that I am not the other person that he is calling about. So I think it's a scam...when I called the number after reading these messages, the first prompt says--this is not a valid phone number--and then that same guys automated voice-mail system comes on stating he's from CCS and to leave my name and file number.  Chances are he's preying on people's emotions that they might be in trouble, and that you need to pay for something hoping you will be willing to give over your credit card number or something. You would think they would at least state the person's name they are calling for and give a valid phone number; besides, if there was ever a real issue; you would receive a legitimate notice in the mail.

I got the same message on Thursday and didn' hear it till today.  I was very offended that the message said to call at 10am yesterday or  after that it be too late.  Something to that effect.  It sounded like a threat so I called and it was the same message as the person that posted before me.  I think it was a scam too, but I have something on a bill that I do owe with the same name that I just paid.  Even if it was true or not, I still didn't appreciate the rude message.

Very rude msg from a male caller saying that CCS has called numerous times and not to bother calling tomorrow if I don't respond by a certain time.  Obviously an intimidation tactic and probably a scam.

I got through to an individual and told him the msg was extremely rude and asked who CCS is and he did not say but asked if a certain individual lives at that number, which he does not.  I told him that I would be reporting the company and phone number and hug up on him.  I checked the 714 area code before calling just to make sure it is not one of those fake area codes where you can be charged out the you know what if you call.  714 is an LA, California area code.  Please register a complaint with your local authorities.  There is also a do not call website that will block such phone calls once you register them.

The last call I got was 03/22/11 with the very same message saying we have left several messages and we have not responded. If I don’t call by 10am tomorrow don’t bother. The first call I got was so fast I did not get the correct phone number. When I was able to call them they were looking for someone name Kimberly. Had they asked for this person when they called I would have simply let them know they had the wrong number. Instead this guy Steven is very forceful and rude sounding in the message. Steven should first make sure that they have the right person before leaving a call like that in the first place. Even if this person is someone I did know if I had nothing to do with their depth and I'm on the DO NOT CALL list which I am and have been for sometime he should have never called me in the first place.

Same message was left as people above mentioned.  I called it and got a live person, they asked me if I knew Gene (Haskel? didn't get the last name clearly).  I tried to get him to tell me his name and the company name (CCS) which he did, but he wouldn't say what kind of company CCS is.  Credit Counseling Service maybe?  Pretty damned rude.

Who is this person and why have then not been arrested?

I keep getting messages for my son from this number saying charges have been filed in civil action court.  They refuse to give me the name of their company and answer by saying Hello, may I help you?

FISHY, FISHY, FISHY!  I WILL call the Attorney General's office and report them.  Like everyone above, they are very mean and threatening.  They are ALSO

CON ARTISTS.  

DO NOT sent them money.  DO NOT give them your personal information.  They can find enough personal info on the web.  Contact the authorities and perhaps these can be stopped.  Oh yeah, they also change their phone numbers too.  Be careful!

This [***] called my work today saying he was the Orange county Sheriffs Dept looking for me.
I was like WTF. He told my Boss all kinds of stuff that I didn't pay my Best Buy card and it had defaulted and they were looking for me to serve papers. (He should have done more research as my best buy card was paid off about a year ago and I closed the account) He started saying my cars were going to be seized like my 08 Shelby(Which I don't have anymore) My Delorean etc...Obviously he is just doing a public record check on whoever.

This man has called my place of work repeatedly. He has insulted the owner of the company on more than 1 occasion. He asked a female employee if "it was her time of the month". He has been asked repeatedly not to call my place of employment.

When speaking with me he has made numerous threats including imprisonment and having my children taken from me. I have found a site that has his number listed and there is comment after comment about this man and his intimidation tactics. He is scaring people and needs to be stopped. His number is 714-969-2255. One of the many people he has harassed said his name may be Austin J. Brown. Please, please find this awful person and take the appropriate measures to stop him.

After much digging I have found the following information about this person. His name is AUSTIN J BROWN and he lives at 8132 Pennington Dr in Huntington Beach, CA 92646-6738

These people (because I think more than one have called me) have been harassing me and my place of employment for over a week.

Here is some information about them. The number 714-696-225, I believe this is a land line and belongs to a person named Austin J. Brown. The address is 8132 Pennington Dr in Huntington Beach, CA 92646-6738 (google it). These are the other number he uses 714-969-1133 (I think this is a cell) and 866-485-0201. He goes by the name Mr. Brycen, Mr. Parker, and Dan Garrett. He claims to be from CCS, possibly CCM, PRM Associates, PR Associates and Premium Receival (not even a real word).

They spoke with the owner of my company, and in addition to calling him a moron, accused me of being a thief. Additionally, they threatened me with imprisonment, confiscating my property and possibly losing my children. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. A person like this, that targets people already in trouble, is a monster and needs to be stopped! He does not play by the rules. I believe if people that he has harassed unite and cause him a fraction of the grief he has caused us, it will be time well spent.
