Frustrated - 26 Jul 2007Whoever it is CONTINUES to call my number and does not leave messages. It is extremely rude. I have received 6 calls dating from July 14th to the present, July 25th, and everytime a message is NOT left.
I just had a friend call this number for me from a blocked number and the automated message states *#@%)$ Auto (the first name is muffled and it was not made out). Then he waited on line and some automated message stating CC Callback is not available so leave your message and someone will get back with you.

MsD - 10 Oct 2007I received two of these calls a few days apart. I recently had my car in the shop...I suspect this a survey company. I also received calls like this one from a different number after I rented a car from Enterprise. Same thing...no message was left.

stc - 14 Nov 20071-714-998-8431 called last night (I didn't pick up and Caller didn't leave voicemail message) at 6:32 PM. Called again just now (11:05 AM). I picked up to a woman saying (presumably to somebody else in the same room), "I was dying waitin' for my water to break." When I said, "Hello, [stc] speaking," she hung up on me.
Haven't rented from Enterprise in years. However, just picked up my car from the body shop yesterday morning. Body shop warned me that I might receive a survey regarding my satisfaction with their work. If the call was from a survey company, their representatives are extremely unprofessional and/or incompetent.

I recently had my truck at a body shop and since this is the trend of the other Posts I guess it must be a survey company.
