I have a cellular TracFone and I do not answer unknown numbers.  Someone called today and did not leave a message.  My phone number is registered on the national Do Not Call List and I reported this call to them.  This number has been added to my reject list!  There are a few complaints listed on the "WhoCallsMe" website also.

AS USUAL, a pre-recorded message from CRIMINALS about reducing my credit and "lowering interest rate", received on my CELL phone.  There is no "opt out" option, of course, since this is a criminal enterprise.  I didn't answer, but of course the criminal scum left a voice mail, wasting my time.  I too, am on the Do Not Call List and am reporting them immediately following this message.

this stupid number 715-351-7878 just called.  It shows Merrill, WI.  Don't know anyone in WI therefore I didn't answer the call.  Left no message

Just got call and answered it. Nobody said anything so I hung up. Hope I'll be ok for answering inadvertently

We keep getting calls from 715 351-7878 on both of our cell phones. We do not answer any call from any unknown number and these people never leave a message so that's my problem. Hmm, that's my opinion at least. Don't trust these people so it's best to beware.

Received call on cell phone.  I do not answer phone calls when I don't recognize the number.  Did not leave a message.  Am on the 'do not call' list - but that is not any help against scammers!

4/17/15 11:16:29 & 11:16:38  PDT  Yes, these fools seem to be tripping all over themselves, even doubling up in a 9 second time frame.  Because the ID was non-informative, didn't answer and all that was left on the voice mail was dead air.  More and more I wonder what kind of fools we are dealing with.  Hopefully the public is getting better informed and we will be able to put these criminals out of business

Didn't pick up.  Caller ID said "cell phone WI".  Came to this site to verify who it is.  Bingo!   Scammer.  I blocked the call.  I love this site.

I get one of these calls every day from a different number.  Did not answer.  Blocked.

Just received a call from 715-351-7878. Did not answer.

I answered a call from the same number said nothing, when i said hello it hung up instantly.

Called, no message left. CID: Cellular Call 715-351-7878.  If it is about lowering your interest rate on credit cards, it is a scam.

These scumbags are well known criminals. They only target people with excellent credit ratings, they never call other low life scumbags or the unemployable types. Feel good they're calling you, because it means you have a good credit rating.

OBSCURE THEIR IDENTITIES. AND DON'T RELY TOO MUCH ON THE 'DO NOT CALL REGISTRY', THAT IS EQUALLY AS BOGUS AS THE CROOKS THEMSELVES. THE DNC REGISTRY IS A FARCE.

ernie is right. don't answer the calls. delete them. I also agree, the dnc registry is a scam itself.

Obviously Pete doesn't have a clue about how the DNC works or it's sole purpose.  Pete should read more at the FTC/DNC site.

Saturday 18 April 2015 -- 11:09 am -- Called my CELL PHONE.  Caller ID said "Merrill WI".  No message was left.  Comments indicate this caller wants to "...lower your credit card interest rate".  Clearly considering spam.
