lying collection agency

aske for me by name, my son asked who it was and the person on the other end said that I should know. (???) the person did not disclosed what it concerned.

Called and left a message looking for my ex-wife.  I returned the call and asked what company they were with and it became obvious they had very little balls and needed to make up for that fact by being rude to random people over the telephone.  

We exchanged a few phone calls and choice words together that evening.  

I had fun harassing them for the next several months calling every evening to see how my three friends were doing and if they are getting over that small ball feeling that has bothered them since puberty.  They hadn't, but by the time I finally stopped calling I think they were really learning to be more polite to people over the phone as it sucked to be harassed every night but someone they don't know on the other end of the phone.  :)

We receive calls everyday from this number.  Caller says they are a collection agency for Best Buy and we owe $3300. for a computer.  I am 75 years old and do not know how to use a computer(This message is being sent by a friend).  plus I have never been to Phoenix, AZ where they allege the purchase occurred.  The name they use as the buyer is not my correct name but they have my real SSN.  How do we stop this harassment?

716-213-4502 called last night. Asked for my husband and said he was calling for caremark. He'd be there till 10:00 p.m. We have never heard of caremark or done business with them. There should be a number to call like the do not call list to report them. He would not tell me what it was about, but said to have my husband call him back by then or there would be trouble. I told him to kiss my a__ __ .And hung up on him.

Also associated with 866-798-7783. Rude a** people.

This lady called me asking to speak with my father who was not in at the moment and would not be returning until midnight. She demanded that I take a message for her and to have him call her back by 10:00pm (since that is when she left). I then asked her for her name and for whom she is calling for. She stated her name was "Kristi" and that it would be against federal law to disclose such information. I then stated that it would be against the law for me to continue this converstation. From that point on she began to mock me and give me the most disrespect I have ever dealt with. Basically the only way to make these [***] leave you alone is to mess with them to no end just as they do you. Not that it will help any, but it will surely give you more of a sense of satisfaction.

thank you for harassing this jerks. i know exacly what you mean they are all rude they keep calling me asking for money in full even when i told them i am calling to give them money and they dont want to accept it because they expect in in full and it is really hard to deal with people like this.

jason called me from this # on my cell phone i asked how he got the # and he said my brother gave it to him so i told him that he has the wrong # and i dont know what he is talking about.. i called my brother and asked him what jason said to him. he said that he was an old friend of mine and i had given him my cell # but he had lost it then later that day jason called back and my brother told him that he gave him the wrong # because he knows that jason is not my friend..   when jason called my phone he immedialty assumed it was me and gave me all the info on the acount with out even verifing who i was.. ill be giving jason a call back in couple of days but he should learn to be more profesional

I'm getting calls from this number!  i would never pay a collection agency.  if i owed i would pay directly to the party owed.  they take payments full payments.  and whomever wrote the last comment mispelling [***] must have been from the collection agency.

(716) 213-4502 - They are asking for a person I never heard of.  Ofcourse it does no good telling them that the person does not live here, they think all people are liars.

You need to pull your credit report. Someone is using your idinity to buy stuff..

When they call say that persons # has been changed give them this # 1-888-870-7770 this is the Governors office in Mass.  We need law changes let the governors office get a taste of what it is like to be harassed.  Give this number to all creditors !!!!!

these people call me all the time, but i never answer their calls. they've now gone to a new low. they are sending me text messages!!! but my cell phone provider let me stop those, so that should be the end of that. they can't give out information, but they have no problem harrassing me for mine! jerks
