Iget several calls from this number like 3-4 times a day.

I have had my new phone # for about 2 months and have only givien it to family and a few friends. I haven't posted it anywhere  on the interenet. I haven't gotten any telemarketer calls or phishing calls. Only today I have started finding I have missed calls from this number: 716-213-5567- two so far. I don't know anyone who would be calling me from New York which is where believe this area code is from. So I suspect its a wrong number or a phishing call. Beware!

Very nice (for a collection agency).  They were representing Bank of America for a checking account I had previously closed but was somehow charged monthly fees anyway.  I asked them to send back to BofA for verification and to communicate only via mail.

Same thing happened to me..i only got my phone a month ago and this number called me.

Keep getting calls for an Anna Sandavol.  Spoke with Rachel yesterday at Mercantile Bank.  Today a gentleman called me and yelled at me when all I did was try and explain he had the wrong number.  I am shaking right now and really upset.  I am tired of the harrassment.  They are calling the wrong number then yelling at me!!!! web site: http://www.bankmercantile.com/default.aspx  I have asked them on multiple occasions to stop calling and they keep calling after stating my number has been taken off file.  Really annoying.  Stupid debt collectors.

Just got through to a manager.  The gentleman that was extremely rude to me, his name was Matt.  I put in a formal complaint.  Supposedly I will not be getting any more calls especially from "Matt".

I have received 2 calls from this number in the past week and did not answer. I do not know anyone in Buffalo, NY.

I have been receiving calls about "Jessica" for years now.   She DOES NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER AND I DO NOT KNOW WHO SHE IS......DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!

same here started getting call from this phone number 2 weeks ago once or twice a day. yesterday I got 7 miss call from this same number.

freaken person keeps on giving me missed calls. i picked up today and said hello. At the same time i heard an automated voice saying hello then it hung up.

That's exactly what happened to me. I called the number back and music just started playing. I stayed on the line for about a minute and nothing else happened so I hung up. This is the first time this has happened, I hope it's the last.

Got a call from this and wanted me to give her my birthday I refused..she then told me that  she was trying to collect an over drawn Bank of America checking acct. Which  kinda funny. I closed a old account withBoA about 3 years ago ..And I left with a good standings   She got a bit angry..so I told her to go  F  her self     Alway some kind of scams gonig on

Yes, I also get call at least twice a day from this number and I believe it's from collection agency for Bank of America.  My son closed his account a year ago.

This is a company called "First Source Advantage" - they are some type of collection agency.  I keep getting calls for someone else, almost every day...it got very frustrating.  I called them back (from caller ID) and told them to remove me from their records...if this happens again, I am going to report them.

Collection Agency for Bank of America. They call about 5 times a day really annoying. I have caller ID so I don't answer it.

I am tired of getting calls from this number. If it is in regards to BOfA, then why are they contacting me when I have never joined the bank and been with my union for 15 years. Very annoying. I just want to pick up, but am afraid that it is exactly what they want me to do. Grrrr!

The automated message has been sent to my phone numerous times.  I'll get three calls in a row (one each day) and then nothing for a few months and then they start up again.  The series of calls was:  one on Oct 5 @ 12:20 PM & one on Oct 6 @ 9:30 AM.

Same here, only I have had my number for a few years.  These calls are automated and texting doesn't go through because they aren't supported (?) by the messaging system.  Extremely rude and violates my right to own a cell phone.
