Who are these people? Can anyone tell me....

They are bill collectors, i get them too...but not for my bills!

Here we go again…another slimy, illegal bottom feeder operation has popped up in Buffalo, NY trying to collect on old, worthless, out of statute debts. Owner Jamie P. Belstadt, a retread of the collection business is trying to collect on debts that are 8+ years old. The documents we saw appear to have been produced by a second grader.

John D. Yim, 36, of North Tonawanda, NY, Vice President of another junk debt buyer called CNE Associates; LLC is churning out the phony documents. Vision Credit Solutions, LLC and CNE Associates, LLC show NOT to have any debt collection license or Surety Bond in any state we checked.

In his phony paperwork, collector Yim refers to the consumer as a ‘defendant’ which appears to violate federal law. His ridiculous form would be better suited as toilet paper than anything worthy of validity. It is pure garbage, nothing he states is true, he makes statements that false, misleading and appear to violate federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

All of these bogus organizations are nothing more than smoke and mirrors to intimidate, harass, lie and mislead consumers into thinking they owe money on worthless accounts. This is typical ‘Buffalo Style’ debt collections that we’ve seen dozens of times.

These organizations are operating illegally, the accounts have no validity, and the statements they make are false, misleading and ripe with lies. John D. Yim has no idea of what he is doing; Vision Credit (started April 2008) and owner Jamie P. Called at 1130A, I answered, man sts he is andrew palmer and has been retained by Payday loan yes. sts they will take me to court on March 1st, i adv. march 1st is a sunday, then sted I am at work and will need to return a call to him, he starts telling me he's going to my payroll dept. to have the money withdrawn from my paycheck unless i talk to him now. i told him I would return a call, but that I wasn't able to talk, and to please remove my work telephone number from his account as I am not able to receive personal calls at work. I disconnected the call, he's since called back 4 times in the last 20 minutes.

They called my cell at work and didn't leave any messages  wonder why???

Tri Financial keeps calling here about a previous occupants bill.  This is a one family home, why would they assume this guy still lives here, 10 years later, with MY phone number??  Keeps saying final call, but never is!!!!

I received a phone call from 888-774-1338 at my mother-in-laws house.  She called me worried because they said the needed me to contact them in regards to a case number.  I'm going to call them to see what this is about.  Can you please give me your assistance.

Gotten quite a few calls from this number but never a message left

This company shows up on my caller ID as FIRSTSOURCE ADV.  They call me at least once a day.  I've tried picking up the phone to get them to stop, but I just get a recorded message that my having answered my phone is proof that their call is legitimate and continues to tell me my payment is past due.  I try saying "Operator" repeatedly, but get no response.  Then I've tried calling back, but still only get a recording.  This is ridiculous and extremely irritating, especially because they seem to call during dinnertime.  That's why I got an unlisted, unpublished number!  I want to tell them I've never heard of the person they're calling for, but you can't say anything to them!  GGGRRRR!!!!!!!!

Their ID is FIRSTSOURCE ADV on my caller ID. My number was given to them by someone else and they did not like being told they had been scammed. I did get a real person when I called back, but he wasn't too happy when I told him the person he was calling for does not now and never has lived here and asked him to put my number on his do not call list.  He got upset with me, so now I guess we are about even.(He got upset when I told him if he called again I would report him to the Do Not Call list and said that didn't apply to him. I guess he doesn't know the FTC investigates unfair collection calls, too.)

Someone at this number calls me every day.  One time I actually spoke to a live person who told me the calls would stop.  They did for a couple of days, then 603-574-4812 started calling asking for the same person.  A couple of days after that the 713-213-5634 calls started again.  This should be illegal.

Recieved 1st call @ 12:15 pm, then agine @ 5:59 pm...Waited till husband got home and had him call the number back...The girl started asking him his name and other persnol info, so he handed me the phone and she said that she could not fnd any info on the number, but if  would gve her my social security number mabey she could pull up the info that way, I then asked what types of businesses they were a call center for..she then told me that since they deal w/ alot of personal info she couldnt tell me..I said are you serious? If pizza hut calls me they will atleast let me know its them... then asked her to make a note to not call....Lot of run around and then got mad when I said I was going to add ths here on this site as well as RIP OFF REPORT.COM...she ket saying we are a legit company...

they need to stop bugging me and calling me every day on home phone and cell phone as well this is ,Outragious!  they have been harassing me to long it's time for it to stop i even changed my home number and  for some strange reason they got  a hold of my new number and how dose that happen i need HELP!!M!! make theses monsters go away!!!

Caller ID  says FirstSource Adv.  These people called and ask for Virgina Boutaneer, told them she did not live here, they preseded to inform me she had used this number as a contact.  Told the lady I had never heard of her and then ask me if I just got this number.  When I told her I'd had this number for several years the called said Thank you and hung up.  Please investigate this number as it has to be a bogus call and fishing for info.  When I tried to call back the phone rang and rang then stopped  no one answered and the phone was hung up

I am getting calls to my workplace from this number (which I don't answer) and they are leaving messages for different people that I have never heard of.

yes Starr.. I read your reply, and I just got a call..the CID said Firstsource Adv.. the # is 716-564-4336. They also asked to speak to someone and said it was concerning a business deal. I asked what state they were in and he said he was in India. He sounded like a person from there...like the ones that own all of the gas stations around here

I dont know why these people keep calling me so I ask them to hold please and they hang up.
