Michael Ralyea called my work looking for me. I returned his call and he stated that he had received my case five days prior and just wanted to help me resolve my financial situation. He had my social security number and my credit history but was reluctant to give me a company name which was Gravestone Alliance. I looked up the company on the internet and there is no such company that I could find. This person was nice enough but I don't think I should trust an unsearchable company. The only information I found for Michael Ralyea is another 716 phone number and a lot of harassing phone call reports. BE CAREFUL. Unsure.

I received a phone call from 011-716-218-4894 which I assume is an out of country (US) number.  The individual left a message on my cell phone and was strangely looking for my sister and not for me.  He wanted her to call back at 1-716-218-4832.  He did not leave his name.  I cannot figure out how he found out my cell phone number and connected me with my sister who now uses her legally married name.

I did a search of this phone number, 1-716-218-4832, online, and it is listed as a landline number in Randolph, NY which is in the Buffalo area.
Be careful if you receive a phone call from this number.

Paul Niedzelowski and Doug Mackinnon (GioveLaw) used to paint houses together in the Buffalo, NY area, years ago and Doug once used Niedzelowski as a front for collecting on his bogus debt portfolios.

One sleazy law firm who is handling their dirty work is Hosto & Buchan out of Little Rock, Arkansas with a reputation for not being the brightest lawyers in the courthouse and fails to show for a LOT of suits they file.

It does not take brain surgery to defeat these brain-dead debt collectors and their so called attorneys; you are already smarter than them for finding this site. The have what is known in this industry as a “deficiency” which is an inability or failure to be able to LEGALLY validate the trash they are collecting on.

A check of records shows that Elite Recovery Services has not complied with state licensing and bonding requirements as required by law. That is no surprise because any operation associated with the MacKinnon’s appear to take the attitude that the law governing debt collections don’t apply to them.

A man called my father in Maryland making it seem like something was wrong with me saying that he was trying to get a hold of me.  He also called a girl that I live with asking if she new me...the catch...his ultimate goal isn't to get a hold of me.  He is actually looking for someone that i know who apparently owes money.  By making it seem like there is something wrong with me my family and immediate friend were calling me concerned and asking me to call this guy.  When I called him I realized that he just wanted my number so he could harass me for my friends debt.

This has to be illegal.

This firm just contacted someone in my Church to get a hold of us. We don't have membership in our Church and we don't know how they would get someones number that we have never used as reference or really don't have any relationship exept on Sundays. How are these guys getting these numbers. The only way I can think that they somehow got into our computer or facebook to get this information. If they did is that legal? Would that not be considered hacking? Does anybody have any similar circumstances with them. Maybe we can start a class action against them. They are a third party collection agency and have no claim, but they are very anoying. Plus with these tacktics they may actualy get someone to that does not know better to pay them.

I have no idea why i got a call from them. They somehow got a hold of my private cell phone number and left a message trying to find my brother. I guess they were using Intellius and linked us based on address.

716-218-4832 called a number i hadn't lived at in 7+ yrs., but other family members still live their. would not leave a name or company name, just gave a file #.

this number  greystone aliance called my mother in law lookin for me . i called them back they said she was on their contact list  but i never gave out that number . also they couldnt tell me who the credit card was from they said maybe  LOWES  BUT I NEVER OWNED A LOWES CARD

877-789-1771 is also Greystone Alliance, they keep calling my grandmother's house for someone else. She is 87yrs. old and this morning they called again at 8:15a.m.  I called this number back to ask them to stop calling and they told me that my grandmother's number was given as a contact number   I know for a fact that this is not true.

Yep. Just got a call looking for my brother-in-law. Worried, I googled the name and then the ph#. this guy is an idiot acting like some kind of private eye or something. What a dumba$$, like I would ever give up family info.

I just got a phone call from that man names Micheal from greystone. e threaten me told me he was looking for me wanted to know if I still lived at my old address I told him No you have the wrong person because he used my X-husband last name. He called my contact which was my daughter and stupid her gave him my number. I heard he is a Fraud and NO ONE SHOULD DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they said if he call tell him to stop calling or you will report him better yet change your number dont give it out to anyone.

I read your post.  Although I did not leave on good terms with the company.  The name is Greystone Alliance LLC.  CAN be trusted..  Just get everything in writing

man named Michael Raylea supposedly with Greystone alliance called 3 different members of my family today indicating to them that I had given him their cellphone numbers, which for starters was a lie. He also indicated that he was trying to reach me, which was another lie, because I called him tell him to leave my family alone. and yes there is an unpaid debt associated with me.  I there is a way to stop this please advise. i keep getting calls about my son who has the same name, but is jr.  I've been ignoring them but they are getting more and more on my nerves. Knock it off!

These people are horrible and I want to know how I can get them to stop calling.

I spoke with a Mr. Ralyea.  He saved me $10,000 on a debt I owed by switching me from a "debtor" to a "bill payer".  By calling Mr. Ralyea could I save 15% or more on a debt I owe?...  Do many women love me?  There is your answer!
