I have received harrassing phone calls from this number demanding information concerning my daughter claiming to have an affidavit of fraud for her.

On one occasion, he threatened my wife that she could be held legally responsible if she did not provide any information. She refused and hung up.

I researched this organization and found they are accused of doing their own illegal activities in these manners. Some state that they have been investigated by the NY State Attorny General Office as well. I can not confirm this.

Today, he called and started to be demanding of me. I told him to never call my number again and that I was aware of the claims of NY State investigations.

I am filing a complaint there and will seek legal advice on handiing this misfit organization. It is also believed that this might be an Identity Theft Scam trying to intimidate individuals into sending them money.

I have also received harrassing phone calls from this number.  The gentleman (I use this term loosely) threatened me, did not verify my information and refused to send me any written documentation about this supposed "fraud."  He also refused to let me off the phone while I was driving in a rain storm here in DFW.

i am also filing a complaint - but it is nice to know I am not the only one receiving these calls.

These people are ridiculous.  I never answer their calls!  It isn't worth it.
