i have to say i was very shocked with this civil claims processing center but Kylee Morris was the nicest rep ive ever talked to, she was very caring of my situation and helped me save 11,000$!!! i know right i swear though i owed 16k and i paid a settlement of 5000.00 // she has great cust service. very happy with this company

-This number called and left a message that I should forward a message to another person about a legal action..unreal.. they were not looking for me but for another person..this was after they called me from another number 870-619-1161 and I told them that I was not the person they were looking for.. I am a woman and the person they wanted was a man.. when I asked how they got my cell number as I am on the no call list.. she said why are you on the no call list? I said it was none of her damn business..and told her I would be turning the number listed on caller ID into the authorities.. by the way the same number called my land line as soon as I hung up on the cell.. is this legal?

I called this number and a Mark Lavin answered. He said I owed a kay jewlers debt. I was told he was gonna file a judgement against me. he gave me 2 options. either pay 1240.22 today or let him blow me. i let him, now i am debt free

Mark Lavin threatened me also. I went to the Dade County Sherriff and they said it's not the first time they heard his name. he's a scum debt collector. they are on it they said. I guess if you get so many complaints they come down on them. can't wait

Male caller with "NY" accent rushed through his name but mentioned IRS fraud with social security #. Needed a statement from me. I think it was a phishing call. If I had a disposable cell phone, I'd call back with a very long-winded crazy statement that totally wastes his time.

Mathew Smart has call 2x's a week asking for 2 different people. I told him that they don't live here. I think it is a scam.
