Said they were irs.  That I would be arrested

At first he said he is from INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and calling from Washing DC. He told me i have committed fraud over the last 5 years On my taxes and if i don't pay $1500.00 over the phone i would go to jail and my bank accounts would be garnished and my house would be taken away. Yeah it has to be fraud the caller wants you to pay him money. Don't give it to him.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
