Screaming "is this your social security #, I asked not to raise voice, more screaming, I said I will investagate this call, She screams she will get me a microscope and then click, she hangs up.

I too owe nothing, so if this is a collection agency, why don't they leave a message on my message machine? My caller ID says "ACI American Co". They have been calling me about 4 times a day. It looks like I'll have to add them to my "call block" list.

I don't know who this caller is.  I'm told just to call back. I refuse to call someone whom I don't know who or what the reason for the call is. How do I stop this caller. They are calling both my cellphone and home phone constantly.

This number is constantly on my caller ID.  They call often when I am at work.  I owe nobody so I dont know why they are calling me.

this girl says that that my name was becky and y was i always hanging out with her boyfriend... then she said you need to call me right now ...

he voice was like uber anoyoing...... anyway she sounded like a preepy 15 year old girl

they called I answered, they asked for Thomas, I said there is no one here by that name. They asked if this was ### beck rd, I said no. They said okay, I think this is my first call from them although another buffalo collection agency called before for someone with Spanish name.

Called several times several months ago and kept asking for Corey Curtis. started calling recently again looking for corey curtis. now they are trying under an unavailable number.i wish they would stop.

Of course people on welfare have money and can pay more,
because the gov. pays everything for them!
So they have extra money lying around,
why wouldnt they, when they are getting a free ride through life?
If your house payment was paid by someone else,
think what you could do with all that money you saved.
of course you would have money when
you have free housing and free food aka food stamps.
free health care, whatever.
When you don't pay for anything
Of course you will have money.

When you have to actually pay your own way
with no help, there isnt any extra money.
also another question is why would someone on welfare
pay him anything? They don't have anything to lose,
so why pay? maybe he is Lying.

What I don't understand is people paying
700 to 1200 dollars on a monthly mortgage payment
for 20 to 30 years.
Just buy a mobile home out right,
owe Nothing, and put that 800 dollars in Your Bank account
each month, building it up, put the money in your pocket, not theirs!
dont get "big fancy home" greedy, get smart! the money is for you

Caller asked for someone that doesn't live at my address. Would not say why she (Jenna)called.

Collection Agency.
Call their corporate office and talk to the operator 716-580-6102 and tell them to remove your number. Also follow up with a letter stating that these phone calls are borderline harassment. In the letter give them a thirty-day notice to cease and desist or you will be forced to take further action for this on going harassment. Included all the data you have including the phone number they are calling, case number etc. It is important to send a letter because it gives you a paper trial (send it certified mail) make sure you keep a copy of the letter for yourself and the receipt from the certified letter.

If they keep calling; log all the calls then call your Attorney General of your state and file a complaint. Also call the Attorney General of New York and file a complaint. If you live outside of NY they may not give you the time of day, but the more people who b***h the better. Call the BBB and wage a complaint too.

called about a debt that was taken care of over 7 years ago. they stated that they were filing a law suit against me if I didn't pay this debt again. I then hung up on them,,,they have called every day since that day

We got a call from my daughter's mother in law stating that we had left them as a reference and they needed to speak to us immediately. First of all we have never used our daughter's in-laws as a reference. We called the company due to the fact our daughter is in Germany (Army) to make sure it wasn't about them. The calls began to come in non-stop. They have stated that we owe on a mortgage from 7 years ago. The home was sold to an investor and the mortgage was covered. They have called repeatedly trying to get personal information and threatening us that we have 48 hours to respond. When I asked why they were calling about a debt that was 7 years old, the lady proceeded to get angry. I would not give her a time to call me back and asked for her number to call her. That gave me a reference number to have. We have found out that even if there was a debt, the fair credit act states that they have 5 years in which to pursue the debt. Even if something did not go through correctly in the transaction, they have no right after 7 years to collect the debt. We are proceeding with the proper paperwork to their company. Do not give this company any information. They claim they sent letters to our address, asked if we rented or owned, wanted my husband to verify his birthday and social security number over the phone. When we would not comply, the became extremely angry. Don't put up with their scam, please report them right away and do the correct paperwork.

We owe nothing to this company or any other collection agency. They say they are looking for a "Gregory Walker". There has never been anyone by that name at this address or number. They are harrassing, rude and disrespectful.

Got about 3 messages looking for one of my siblings. The messages were very misleading, "not sure how i got your name but you may have been listed as secondary contact". What a bunch of crap. No way I was listed and it was pretty obvious they were a collection agent.

So then they end up calling me and I pick up asking for the sibling. I state that I received the prior messages, that that person does not live here and to quit calling. She goes on with questioning how I know the person. I ask what it's in regards to and she keeps repeating how do I know this person and that I have to disclose how to get in contact with her. I let her know again not to call and that I'm on a federal do not call list; she responds laughing that I'm not on her do not call list; I hung up and called the company and the operator tells me she will only take me off if I don't know the person they are calling about - i repeat that they don't live hear and to take me off - she hangs up on me; I keep calling back and everytime the operator sees my number; she picks ups w/out a greeting and puts me on hold - this happens several time; finally I called and used the names directory and get the Steve Moeller, Quality Assurance Mgr listed in someone else's complaint above; he was polite and removed me but really didn't seem all that interested in how both of the company's employees acted
