Jersey Jane26 Jun 2007- i let a friend use my phone. well now they have my telephone number associated with my friends account, so i get numerous calls a day / week from them, stating they have an important messege for (john doe), and my answering machine clearly states my name in the messege before leaving your messege.

- Crash12 Jul 2007They have called My cell phone a few times now for someone with my same last name and I called back the number they gave 1-800-518-4952. They left a reference number. So when I called, I spoke with some jerk named Rick that said he would take my number off the list, I doubt it. They said it was pertaining to a Capital One account. The guy was pretty cocky with me.
So, If anyone wants, please feel free to spam this guy with plenty of calls at 1-800-518-4952.- I received a similar call late at night-very agressive-did not mention why but that it was a critical call.....I notice when purchasing a car that something on Capital One has just appeared on my credit report.....it was not there 5 months ago and I do not have a loan with them-good to know I can ask to have it removed but not looking forward to a rude or cocky person-the other people seem to have the same experience. lovely....
- I am familiar with this agency. They have limited hours of operation, and aren't open late at night. LET'S SEE YOUR PHONE RECORDS. - "I am familiar with this agency" I'm sure you are...your probably one of the guys calling. You or your co-workers have posted several comments here wanting to see phone records or credit reports. You defend them so your one of them. I can tell you that they are kinda rude. I suppose now you wanna see my phone records and credit report. I'd gladly show you if you had reason to see them. My credit is great!
- Core9 Aug 2007Some whole in the wall company named Proline Solutions is recruiting geriatric males to make harrassing phone calls. I received a call from this jerk named Lopez. Then I spoke with the owner of Proline Solutions, BRANDON, he was a bigger idiot. He didn't give his last name so I think its stupid.
- i am also being harrassed by this same company with the phone # 1-800-518-4952 who they are looking for my brother who doesn't and never has lived with me in more than 20 years. Brandon also was not polite but agreed again to remove my phone number after being harassed by Harra. Tjey stated they have never hung up on me but that is not true but it is cowardly.
- The people at Proline Solutions keep calling for my son in law. His name is very common. When I pushed the #2 to repeat the message, it conneted me with Susan, she was rude and hung up on me when I wouldnt tell her what she wanted to know. Then I called back and spoke to the owner Patrick Maloney. He didnt like what I said either and told me to get off his phone!..He told me to call the police or an attorney if I didnt like it...what a moron. Whoever is using them to collect a debt must be as low life as they are.
- Fair Debt Collection Act rules are very clear. Anyone who is having aproblem with this company you are advised to go onto the internet and request the web site for the FTC. You will find any on line form to fill out against this Proline Solution Collection Agency with the Federal Trade Comm. They will investage. In addition, the web site for the Attorney Gerneral Office for the State of New York where you may also file a complaint on line. It is against the law in all 50 states to do what they are doing. They are collecting a commission for any money they collect on any debt and they will go to whatever needs they feel they can to do that. By contact the above this will stop the calls...
- jakos10 Aug 2007i recieved a call from rick seemed very nice about my account. he helped me resolve my bill. very professional. he then transfered me to brandon who was also nice, his voice sounded very funny, almost like the hedge hog in the cartoons. overall experience was good
