I had voicemails from some1 names susan tyler or taylor, she left voicemails saying she was going to garnish my wages and freeze my checking account and go after and take all my assets and that i was going to go to jail! over like 300 bucks i told her this was paid and she kept threatening so i had my lawyer listent to the messages so also gave out my information to people that werent me and left stuff on my machine that legally cant be left this is bad bad scam i filed a complaint and am having my attorney take care of this

Susan Keller left threatening messsages on my phone stating she was going to reposess my vehicle, freeze my checking account and garnish my wages if I did not pay $300. She left a number that is out of Monroe County, NY, but the number on the phone reads 916-739-2875. She claims she is from the Pre-Legal Department of UGS.

If you have received a threatening call or voice mail, please go to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. You can file a complaint online. They take it seriously.

Multiple times a Susan Taylor attempted to call my cell phone and my mother in laws home number looking for my daughter claiming a "file came across her desk" and had me listed as a reference. There is no way as my daughter never would have thought to list my cell phone for any credit card she may have. When I discussed it with my daughter she said she talked with this woman and it was supposedly over a $1 balance left on a credit card that had ballooned to $30 due to late fees and interest and they were going to garish her wages. I told her and my mother in law we have a family attorney and I was going to turn it over to him and that they needed to give his name/number/email address to this lady and tell her "you are not permitted to contact me or any other number you have on file for me from this second going forward or I will report every call to the FTC, BBB and Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. My attorney will resolve any outstanding bill I have" and then hang up on her.

Sh has been calling numbers many times leaving rude voice mails

this lady does not give her name on the message. tells me I have a very serious legal problem with my social security number on it. does not tell me what it is other than I might have to appear. I need to call her office immediately to take care of this. does not give name of company or anything else. I am sick of these calls.,

Susan Taylor calling number saying I didn't have decency to call her back and she called my dad and it's a serious matter she will have to tell her client to push forward. Go ahead lady push whatever forward. Like the same number from NY saying I had courier service delivering legal papers if I didn't call. Never got those threatening  papers

Susan Taylor (I doubt that is her real name) via "Restricted" on my caller ID called with message there was a complaint filed against me etc...call 888 496-3996 with a reference number.  Calling THAT number, a person answers with "Corporate Office"...saying (a lie) they don't know who Susan Taylor is (if they don't know who she is why is she giving their contact info?) and when given reference number they go into bit about taking you to court.  I asked for their address, so I could send a "Cease and desist" order...he said I would get their address when I got a letter from them...These folks buy bad debts (sometimes out of SOL -Statue of limitations) and try to collect...and are basically crooks.  Do not pay them a dime...

These calls need to stop, I have legal issues. Stop calling
