Has called us a few times. CAller ID (when avail) says Monarch Resolutions, googled to Buffalo NY area. One message machine left claiming 24 hr call back required.  When we answered, individual was very aggressive asking for personal details, refusing to stop calling, denying harassment when we called it such, etc.  Other forums/site below led me here & do have an extensive history of this ph num.  Some claim this agency is connected to another called ARM  acounts receviablr management of NJ (sharing or using same 1-800 num, if that is possible).  Maybe I misread all that.  Any way numerous other similar posts concur & one wild guess is that if some calls are erroneous it may be a scammer agency fishing old or ID theft related incidents hoping to scare innocent poeple into paying them off.  Real collection agencies know *your* rights & therefore I should think if you can prove what you know about your rights they may back down a bit.  I dont know specifics, but there can be serious consequences for a collection agency to abuse your rights.

Someone called from this number to my place of work when asked what it is in reference to they said it was a personal business matter.

Called many times for months.  Asks for a man that I don't know.  Continues to call asking for man.  I told them I don't know him.  They called me a liar.  Said they would continue to call until I had the "unknown man" get in touch with them.
