    This person called me trying to collect funds on an alleged loan that was taken out in my name. They threatened me with legal action and then hung up on me when I finally got them to accept my refusal.

    Person committed fraud by calling my son to say he was collecting a debt and I had provided son's name as contact.  This is entirely not true.  Called phone number son gave me and person claiming to be Tom Myers/Meyers answered.  Said the name of his company is CCBA Inc, Consumer Credit Bureau of America.  Phone number is out of Buffalo New York.  Reporting to FBI and Fair Trade commission.  Do not give any personal information to this caller.
