I got  the call no message

I 'won' a trip and I have to drive to Woodbridge to pick up the voucher....told me I filled out a voucher and I won....thing is I never would never fill anything out, and if I did I wouldn't give my home office number which is listed in the phone book.

Got a call, said that I or a family member filled out a ballot, and the ballot could have been from anywhere. I dont fill out anything and my family doesnt either. He was very rude and would not let me speak. I asked him what the name was on the ballot, and he said that all ballots had been converted to numbers. I then hung up on him. I didnt even let him get to what I 'won'.
I called back the number to get the company name and it was just a group mailbox that you need numbers for to get into.

Got a call today, just kept saying hello, I hung up they didnt call back

They said i filled out something for a trip contest but id never fill out stuff for contests because they are simply ways in for telemarketers, sounded like an east indian woman, very unexcited. I have won legit stuff in past and they are usually more perky and happy to be able to give something away.

Said not interested and hung up

I just got a call from this number.  At first, I thought it was from a friend of mine who lives in the Buffalo area. When I answered, this male voice, whose first language is not English, said he was calling from the Consumer Division, blah, blah, blah (very hard to understand!).  I didn't let it go any further, just said NOT INTERESTED and hung up.  
This call was to my cell phone which is not published!  I originally got this number from Bell Canada but now my carrier is Virgin Mobile - which is owned (leased) to Bell Canada.  Hmmm, makes one wonder if Bell is selling their mobile phone lists now!

This is a matchstick boilerroom company.  they will lie to you and  indicate they have received a ballot from you. First they called my corporate cell phone which is unlisted. Second it does not have texting or internet. Lastly, the phone number has not been provided for any promotions or crap....it is only given for network support.

So their claim I entered is invalid.  

They must be using a predictive dialer. These are outlawed in Canada; but given they are using cheap voip with no background noise filters I doubt they would care for that....if you are in Canada remember the DNS(Do No Solicit) list does not extend outside the Canadian jurisdiction. Further; since they will not properly identify the company they are working for you cannot go to CRTC against the company using them for the promotion if in deed it is one.....most likely just a scam centre given they lie about the coupon.

Got a call on my unlisted mobile number (area code 416) at 9:22 AM on Monday. As soon as I hear the background noise of a call centre and the accented voice struggling to pronounce my last name, I just hang up.

A gypsy called "I am the manager of...". I said "wait a minute I did not understand" manager of what?. He hung up

Got call at 8:30 a.m. - too early for such calls. These callers should be banned. Did not pickup but thanks to you, I dont have to wonder who called!

i just got a call from this number. indian accent. guy named david calling from buffalo. i one 1 of 2 prizes - 4d 3night 5 star las vegas for 4ppl

or 5d 4night to a number of possible destinations: las vegas, los angeles, san fran

said his manager would call back. i said i'm on my break at work therefore, cannot pick up his call. asked for him to email me the info.  he said i had to go to woodbridge to claim the prize.  i asked again if he would email it to me.  he wanted to confirm my marital status, income bracket, and age bracket.

I got the call at 8:47am Jan.18th...I have a rule with phone calls (sad that I had to make one).  Unless I know the number, I let it go to the answering machine.  These telemarketers/scammers do not leave messages.  Easy way to screen them.

Or if they have an Indian accent (no offence against Indians...I am of Indian background) and call themselves "Connor" ( a clearly non-indian name) and then on top of that ruin the pronounciation of my wife's French last name...safe to say it is a telemaketer in which case I just hang up:-)

Today @9.30am Igot the call but I didnt pick it as it was unknown.

A moment ago, I received a call from 7163328596, I said to caller : Hi, hello, who are you ?
No response, and then the call was cancelled by caller.

Got the call a few minutes ago, same number. Missed it and they didn't leave a voicemail. Assuming from previous posts its some scam.

I just got this call....Indian voice claimed to be calling from Suite Life Vacations or something like that and claimed I had filled in the voucher...asked a few personal questions which i muttered through to see where he was going...as soon as he says that I won a choice of two prizes, one being a hotel stay at one of 50 locations, I hung up

Received a call from this number at 8:45 this morning. I answered the phone and kept repeating "hello" until a surprised voice acknowledged. I said surprised because it sounded like I called them and they didn't know who was calling. A moment passed for the guy to get his thoughts together and said I won some vacation package.  I said I will immediately report the number because I am listed at Do Not Call list and hung up.

We are just able to take a break from Duct Cleaners after the TV news trapping those guys with hidden cameras. Now vacations.

Got this call as well, but with a 011 in front of it. I didn't answer and no message left. If I get it again, I will tell them to F off.

just got a call from this number, Googled it a found this.
Came up on my 416 cell as "New York".
Similar to others - some guy saying coupon they found or something from a grocery store (?).
I hung up.
