I believe this is a junk debt collector. They claimed to file charges of fraud, take me to court, take me to jail for some payday loan. Has anyone else received a call from them? Which I already received a call from another junk debt collector from some payday loan I never took out. With the same claims.

Amy Bradshaw and her husband have been frauding banks for years. These genius's will open a checking acct, apply for dozens of payday loans and never pay them back. It's sad when you have to pursue debtors through the courts, however when your doing it deliberate and have no intent to pay it back you should be sued. Fortunately laws are stronger now and they'll be accountable.

Someone who called himself 'Mr. Johnson' left a lengthy message. He said his department had been retained in regards to a couple complaints made against my name and social and it was about a US Title 15 violation. He did not leave the actual name of the company he was calling from...gee, wonder why. He also had a last name for me that I haven't had in years.
