number from a process server called me trying to deliver some paperwork all you have to do is sign it and go to court

Getting calls about legal action for a name not associated with the phone number and saying need to call back. Slightly threatening. Ins call from male, second call from female.

Caller identified as Renee White, Pierson Associates.  Did not indicate who call was for.  Beginning of message was cut off.  Said criminal action had been filed against a name and ssn, the call would act as legal notification, and there was 24 hours to call back to dispute/respond before a complaint would be filed.  Call came in sometime last week when I was out of town.

Just got that same call.

I received the call also today from Renee White. Calling from Pierson Associates.they did not leave a name who they was calling for. Just left a detail message that they had a name with ssn and need to call wit hin 24hrs for a dispute or complain. And said on the end Good Luck!. They called from 401~400-7399.

"This is Renee White with Pearson Associates. A criminal complaint has been filed involving your name and Social Security number. This is a courtesy call for you and opportunity to respond to and potentially claim is not a solicitation file 716-362-2803 or press one to be connected to a live representative. This call after you-go-litigation-that's(?)."

I got AC called from Renee White with Pierson Associates left a message that they had a name with ssn need to call this #716-362-2803 with a complaint.

I got this same call with no detailed information ... unclear and you could tell the beginning was cut off ... tried to call back just rang and rang with business hours of 9-5 ... well called in middle of day and no pick up. Company is call PS & Associates on the voicemail.

There is no Pierson and Associates or whatever they are calling themselves now.  This group   specializes in threatening people with  false criminal charges when attempting to collect debts.  This Renee White, or whatever she's calling herself now,  has a long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  She's called people from :

If you have been threatened by this company or its agents call that number and ask to speak to Denise Rinelli who I suspect is also Renee White.   Give her hell and tell her you know this is a debt scamming operation and that she'll be reported.  

Also report them to the New York State Attorney Generals office.

I had been called by Renee as well a couple times now. I have called back at least a dozen times to get their address and they say things like 123 street and "kiss my but" was one of my favorites. They said they wanted my number so they can take it off thier list and I said I'd give it to them after they have me the address. After about the 6th time trying to get the address they blocked my number so they definitely had my num already.

Then don't leave messages to people that state thier name and ss num are associated with a criminal complaint. Real simple.

A follow up. .... In just the ten minutes it took me to call back all those times for the address they changed thier VERIZON PHONE number of 401-400-7399....lol!!

They are a scum of the earth 2nd debt collectors. Their home office is addressed out of a Fedex Pack and Ship strip mall location in Blasdell New York. Complete an total [***] hats. Multiple compalints have been filed against them with the BBB

Nothing we hate more on 800 notes than 'Pay yer bills' Shills. Lower than a snakes belly in a wagon rut. Especially the foreign 3rd world fake debt kind. We ALL pay are bills. The REAL ones.
