this person says his named officer dan, calls and tells me that in 2010, there is a PD loan wt my SS# on it, he then goes on to say he does have an exact date, that will be given when I go to court, he reads off some  file # and tells me the loan was from S?payadvance.  

I told him dont call me anymore and that he is a liar and hung up the phone.

ps he states he doesnt have the date just the year and i'll get the year when i go to court on these

got a call from this number, said he was officer dan and i took out a loan, online. he said i would be arrested by 5 pm if i didnt pay. i never got a laon and this man is crazy. he cant give me any information in reguards to the date or the account number. i am filing a, police report

i have gotten this call as well hes even gotten to the point he has called where  i work multiple time and has gotten to the point that the random number he uses comes up as the place i work on my caller id .worst part is there isn't much you can do when this happens except file a FBI report

Our client recieved a telephone call from this number.  I called to notify of bankruptcy filing and spoke to "Patrick Miller" and asked what company he represented.  He would not tell me.  I advised that he could not contact our client.  He hung up on me.  I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor.  "Lewis" got on the phone.  He would not identify the company either and would not take the bankruptcy information.  Do NOT give these people money.  They threaten remedies not available in this country and do not follow the Fair Debt Collection Act.  These people have an extremely heavy accent and I wonder what country they are in.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!

This person who contacted me from this number 716-362-7037 claims to be a US Marshall – I contacted the Marshalls service in NY and he is not, the number is a sprint virgin Mobil number. I urge anyone who receives a call from this number to file a complaint at www.ic3.gov. If you received a call from this number it is most likely because you filled out a loan request online with one of these bogus companies that sell your info to anyone. These are  Terrorist

Got a call from a Patrick badge #2461 says i have to call him apparently there is a legal case against my ssn#. this is BS!!!! his number is 716-362-7037 ext 3021. SCAM

Officer "derrick matthews" called from Federal Crimes Department left a garbled and repeating message about a legal case against my name and ssn. "Now don't try to ignor this message or the situation could get worse for you and do return this message." Had a strong India accent.  It was from an obvious call center as there were voices in the background "female and male" that were stating the same thing.  This is BS because he gave me this number and I found this message line through google search.  Also, I believe that any company that sells anyone's information should be held accountable and brought up on criminal charges.

received a call today, they did not leave a message.  Have received calls before with the same name as other posts, Indian accent, American names telling me I would be arrested. The calls stopped for a while but I guess they are starting up again.  These people have to be stopped!!

Caller id gave a voip number as the person calling.  The phone number was 716-362-7037.  I didn't answer it, as I didn't recognize it.  They didn't leave a message.  From what everyone else is relating, I am glad I didn't answer.  Tried to look up 1-800-520-0342 number for identification, but no luck.  Has to be a scam.

I getting call from this number I never pick ,in the answer machine only a man voice say hello hello,they have diferent number to scam I m getting call from 646-873-6716  & 646-558-2863 and 716-362-7037.
