Left a message telling me my bank returned a charge and they want to settle with ne before charges are filed. I have nothing returned on my account. It's a scam to get money out of people. If you have ever taken out a payday loan online, for example thru Cash Call, your informatIon was sold to scumbags like this. Ignore them or answer and dare them to send you papers proving you owe them. Then contact your bank with the info. They will investigate and contact the proper authorities.

Called. Left message, just as above. I've had around 9 different companies try to collect on the same non-existant bill. I never answer calls from #s I don't know.

They've called me two times in the past week, the caller ID says "MCS" and it's a recorded message.  It says "This message is for..."and then it's garbled.  You can't make out the name.  Then it says an item has been returned from your bank and you better contact MCS or their attorneys if you don't want legal action to be taken.  It's a scam.  No item has been returned from my bank.

Called regarding an unpaid debt.

they called my number and said they had papers to serve me incounty of a state i dont live in.  It's definitly bogus.

Calls my work once a day and never leaves a message.  Very annoying.

I just got a phone call from these people they left a very rude message so I called them back going to let them no my lawyer will be happy to see them for harassing me to find out once again then of course the call has nothing to do with me it is for a Scott Oppy .

They call my  house and leave a message for a lady that I don't even know. The times that I have spoken to them I've asked them to stop calling because I don't know the person and that person doesn't live here thery still call

What scumbags - call everyday, say they are with a company called Niagra and are collecting on behalf of Manhattan/online loans (never heard of them) and they also say they have my social security number to prove their claim.  I hope there is a special place in Hades for trashy people like this.  SCAM!!!  I have reported them to the FTC.

Called me too, and left a very short message from a "Ms. Smith" regarding an issue with an unpaid bill that was forwarded to them with my social security #. She said I needed to call her before the papers on my account are forwarded to my county for further processing. It's total crap, as I pay my bills. Be careful with calls like these.

The representative for the company was rude as she over talked me to the point another person held her over talking me and stated " she's over talking you". I asked her to call me at 10:00AM and she finally called after 11:00AM and then again after 4:00pm. She stated that an arrangement could be worked out, needless to say I got no paperwork in the mail or anything. The conversation got heated as she continued to over talk me and make legal threats. I then told her to called me back and we could work it out as the information she wanted was not available (credit card number) or not, either way it's a yes or no for the call back, she then hung up on me!
