Received a call said they were a law office and wanted to give me a chance to pay his bill of >$1000 by phone. That it was from a payday loan 4 years ago.  When I questioned them somemore they stated they could not give me any info because the debt was greater than 7 years old.  That they just buy up old debts, and then sue the people to pay the money.
Come on, like I am going to pay you a penny when you can not provide information in regards to who the loan was with, and when.

Same people called me and called me at work, even after I called them and told them to cease and desist contacting me. Won't provide an address, won't send debt validation letter. Told them to stop their stupid scams and shove off.

I get calls from this number on my work and private number everyday however they never leave a message and I do not answer numbers I don't know, I think if it's important they will leave me a message. I have heard that there are so called companies/people scamming people by saying they have a law suit against them.  
I will continue to not answer these calls!

Searched BBB for this business in Niagra, New York, which is where the Spokeo report I paid for detailed the number originated from.  There are NO businesses with this name and no name or business names associated with this phone number.

They left threatening messages about legal actions of criminal charges if the matter was not taken care of.  These individuals did not even know my gender.
