Theth. finally I spoke to the lawyer and was willing to share all my recorded messages and I told Mr Martin about it because stop. But yet he also threatened to damage my credit and that's something I take serious a little over a month I received phone calls from a party name Chris Martin during this period he had made several threatening phone calls several times a day. He has given my personal  information such as my  social security number my bank information he claims to be a bill collector but yet he act and behave in an unprofessional way he called me names he insulted me he made fun of my religious beliefs.  He call several people telling them I was going around writing bad checks which was a lie.

Jeanette- this mr Martin has broken several collection laws and I've already contacted both The Federal Trade commission and the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau. They will be mailing a cease and desist to this idiot. He is ruthless and the worst form of vermin out there. Contact your local consumer credit counselor for advise or call the CFPB @ 1-855-411-2372 or www.consumerfinancial.gov and file a formal complaint. Further more DO NOT answer any more calls or tell him what you are doing.
