irs is filing a lawsuit, robot called, no caller id picked up

I just received one also from this number - I guess scam ...

Robocall stating their IRS has a lawsuit against you.

2 calls now stating they are the IRS and have a lawsuit against me.

Same, robo call stating IRS has a lawsuit against me and to call their number

Called again, at 9 am on a week-end! is now blocked.

Called twice leaving urgent message to call. Message already going before my vm starts recording so don't get a name. Blocking this caller.

Called twice in two days. Left partial messages that said IRS has a lawsuit against you and call them immediately.  Didn't call back, of course, but do wonder what they would have said.

Same thing. Robo-call saying the IRS is filing a law suit. BS call

My machine cut off message last night and this am, but I have dealt with the IRS, and EVERYTHING comes in the mail. Mostly certified mail.

Received calls 3-4 times a day and on weekends!! Telling me IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that this is my final warning! If it is my final warning then stop calling me because the IRS will notify you by certified mail!! Can't block them, it is my home phone, wish I knew how to stop this!

6:30 AM and 9:30 AM, robocall from the "IRS" saying there's a lawsuit against me. This is illegal in more than one way.

How do we report them so that legal action can be taken..do these comments take care of that.  I have had at least 10 calls from the 716-406-8318.  Might pick up and have some fun but maybe not.  :)

Same call today to me. I blocked it

wasn't home. recorder picked up. says they are the irs and theres a lawsuit against us (giving no name for who its for) and to call to get more info on this file

Received a message from this number today stating the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. Checked with my CPA who alerted me it was a scam.

Filing law suit against me.
