I received a call from this number also.Being that I was next to the phone I just picked it up and answered. I answered the survey questions and hung up. When I got back home and checked the caller I'd I saw this number with someone's name but no call from CBS.I giot nervous and did a google search of the number and got this site. Alarms went off! I called CBS and they stated they use a third party service for their customer service satisfaction. They said it sounds right. I won't worry yet!

I got the same name. I guess surveys don't count as sales calls on the do not call list.

I need to know who this is? It says Kenneth P. I do not know anyone with that name. I am concerned because I am being harassed by a couple of my sons so called friends. Anyone can get a throw away cell phone, and put in any area code. HELP.

I didn't get the message in time as my wife answered the telephone and handed it to me.  She said it said this was a recorded call and to press any key to hear an important message.

She told me it was Securus, which makes since.  Our son was just sent to state prison for 1 year and we had to change our account with them that allows him to call us.  Before, we had an account that billed our long distance carrier.  The State of Florida doesn't allow that and we have to have either a direct billed account or a prepaid account that calls are deducted from.  We just changed from the long-distanced billed to a prepaid account, and I am assuming the nosy butt-sniffers are either calling to confirm everything is okay, or they wish to sell more of their over-priced services to people who can't afford them.

You may have also heard of them as "Correctional Billing Services".  They are the ones who make all that money so that someone in jail or prison can call you.

This is Securus which is a calling service that inmates use to make phone calls. It's not debt harrassment or a telemarketer, just customer service.
