    The lady left a message and said her name was Mary and she was calling from pre-legal from some place and gave me a record number she was calling about, but never said what it was for.  Also, said she needed to speak to me or my legal representation and left the 716-408-4663 number to call back.

          this is mary sumato with elite recovery services out of buffalo ny.they purchase old debt,violate the fdcpa and hope they can get an uneducated consumer

    This person called *my mother* wanting to talk to my husband! Said that she had tried to call him repeatedly and that he needed to call her. We screen all of our home phone calls and I've never heard a message from this person...unless she's one of the dozen or so hang-up calls we get a day (we don't have caller ID).
