caller called frighted my mother into thinking the were a "law office" as it appears on the caller id tried to settle out of court stating for 1000$ balance but would settle for 400$ when she tried to pay with debit card they declined stated bec charges could be reversed and wanted to have funds loaded through a pay pal account or money pak also known as a green dot and also was stating that it was a state case and then at one point stated county bottom line they are FRAUDS and dont let them intimidate you with their threats!!!

no collections company would ever turn away money no matter how you wanted to pay it... your mother probably told them she didnt have a checking account and thats why you were offered to use a pre paid debit card...
