I received a call from this number today. A recorded message stating that i had won $2600 towards a vacation in Cancun.  It said to push #3 to opt out of the offer.  When you do that, it asks if you want to have your number removed from their calling list.

I was called and told that I won a Visa gift card for participating in a survey.  Obviously a scam.

I received a call from 716-478-7768 they said I had won a 40 dollar visa gift card.  When I call the number back I can't reach anyone.  A recorded voice just says 'goodbye' and the number disconnects.  They left another number on my voice mail 1-855-226-1193 and when I call that number the same recorded voice says goodbye and disconnects the phone.  This is obviously a scam.  I researched the number on a reverse number trace and can't get any info on it.
