This person call from Costello Cummin asking to pay a debt that was not mine, told her that had the wrong number and person but she insisted for me to pay someone else's bebt. Told her to call her family and  threat them and to have me arrested for not paying your debts, then she hang up.

They called me too. Told me i had a outstanding bill. I asked what bill & from who? They said you better pay. I told the this call is recorded and being traced. Never heard from them again!

Someone called my fiance from this number and left two case numbers to call back to reference.    They then said "xxxx xxxxxxx, YOU have been warned" and hung up.  I called the number back pretending to be an attorney representing a client and that the call was being recorded.  I gave them both case numbers and he said that he has no record of either of them and that the call must have been a miscall and he was sorry.

An automated message was left on a work phone number I haven't used in 6 years. the message said I needed an attorney and that I needed to return the call before the end of today or further action would be taken. I called back and no one answered. Then I looked up the number online and found that this is a scam call making threats and harassing people.

Wow I have been having the same experience. Who ever these people are need to get a clue and understand that this day and time that people are not dumb and falling for this crap. I pray that they call me again so I can really give them the business like I want to.

716-514-4576  This is not a real company - they change their name to avoid being found. They also change their phone numbers, and also Spoof numbers on your caller ID. Real Low Life. Here's the lay of the land as they say, I work in the court system so I will go thru this for you .

First they are calling because they say they can not find you. This is Crap as the sheriff, will NEVER, EVER call you to tell you they are coming. They live to work on the element of surprise. Plus if your township, county etc, wants you, they already know where you are, so sit tight.

Second, and most important, NEVER CALL these low life bottom feeders back.  Because truth be known they don't care who they talk to as long as they can get money from someone. It doesn't even have to be the right person. If you call them back then they know that they have a real tangible working phone number that they can call to harass you all the time of day and night.  Just ignore the call, or better yet, tag them as a spam call in your phone, and you'll never even see them ring it.

Third, these people function and live on the *Fear factor* they will say anything,  tell you anything to get you to give them the money thru your checking account, debit card or credit card.  Many people get scammed this way. I've heard : coming to your workplace to arrest you, serving you in the morning if you don't call by a certain time, attaching your salary, etc, etc, this is all nothing but crap.

Fourth, in most states payday loans are ILLEGAL as they charge obnoxious interest, and states are trying desperately to control that.  Since I'm not sure of what state anyone is in, I cannot site them all here, but if you go to your states attorney general page, you should be able to look up the laws.

Fifth, I know it sounds nice to send them a letter or report them, but this is a futile. They have got this to a science.  With all that is going on in court system they know they have time on their side.  Not enough of these low life bottom feeders get caught and prosecuted, if they did...they wouldn't still be in business, but they are, thousands of them.

Lastly, anyone who posts that you are scum or a deadbeat PAY YOUR BILLS , OR OMG  they came to my place of work and arrested me, are full of crap and are just trying to SCARE you, SEE MY THIRD NOTE Above, Fear factor.

Best thing to do in this case, especially with these people is TO IGNORE. Eventually when no one engages with them they will go away to torment someone else.

Continued calls to our business regarding an employee that has retired.

These people are idiots. They spoof numbers. If I do not know them I do not answer! They leave message for me or my attorney to call them by end of business day....they also rattle some case number off and talk about a county I do not live in. I know  if they were a real collector you would hear in writing not a voice message. The one message you could tell the women had to look up her phone number since there was a long hesitation ! How can we get rid of these calls? I do not appreciate them using up my minutes!!!!

These horrible people called and yelled at me to give them money. The scary thing is they had my ssn. They called back several times using foul language and harassing voices. This is a scam. Do NOT give these people, using scare tactics to get your money!

Thank you- I don't even know the person they asked about. Telling me I would be arrested for owning a phone number associated with my business Texas Twins Events for over 7 years, I don't know why on earth they failed to listen when I told them I'm not Juan Garcia! I don't know anyone with that name and, am not behind on any bills. Caller ID said Sheriff Dept so I called Tarrant County Sheriff and they have no idea what is going on

I called the number after looking at the post regarding this call.   The person they are looking for has been using my number for the past 10 years....I told the company Costello Cummin, up front that I am recording this call and that I will be forward this information to the States Attorney of Oregon.   They did not argue with me at all and stated they will never call back...but I told them I would take note and that I read posting in regards to their company...

These people call us and threaten us to pay a bill for a credit card we've never had. The scary thing is they did have our name and last 4 of our social.
We did not admit that. In fact we scammed the Scammers and let the cat talk to them for 15 min. Also gave them ridiculous names of lawyers we were using to sue them.  Over all it was a comedy skit me and my husband loudly played against the bad guys. We also called them back 15 times in a row with the cat talking for us.  I can't believe the line stayed connected. They were laughing. After the 10th call they kept hanging up on us.
So we've found a way to deal with Scammers. Annoy the [***] out of them.

This really rude man called me from this number to tell me they were going to put a lien on my house for not paying a bill. He wanted me to give him all my information over the phone and when I refused he got really nasty!!

Got a call from them, and they tried to imtemadate sp me said i was being sued for two thousand dollars in Yamhill Country Courthouse (McMinnville , Or ) so i called the said courthouse. they had been sent a email from the FBI that this was a scam the bully was don bowmen.  1-716-514-4576

I've been having the same problem as well.  They left a threatening message on my voicemail with my full name, a case number, and was told to contact an attorney because of some outstanding debt (which I do not have).  I'm a retired veteran and am not currently employed.

Like other people have stated on here:  Just ignore any and all phone calls from these people and they will eventually give up.  By law, they're suppose to give you a written notice in the mail if you do indeed owe a debt.  Otherwise, it could potentially be a scam.  Never give your personal information to somebody you don't know over the phone.

I get the same phone number. one word SCAM ARTIST...ok that's two words lol.  My lawyer hears these messages, and he confirms, scam artists. Robo calls are illegal to begin with. Don't be suckered in.

They now ID themselves as PC and Associates.  They also say they are Patrick Connor Inc.

Total scam!  This corporation Patrick Connor Inc., was dissolved  June 19, 2014!   It's clear they are engaging in debt scamming.

I received this call today on both of my phone numbers.  I have filed cases with the prosecuting attorneys office to get these type of calls stopped but every time a number gets shut down some other criminal starts with a new number.  What really pissed me off on this call was that the automated robot call had my full SSN.  The call didn't identify a company name just repeated to call the 716-515-4576 back.  I'm forwarding the call to the prosecuting attorneys office to see what kind of response they get when they call the number back.

Here is the scumbags information that I found on the internet and his phone number which is a different number.  I turned this person into the prosecuting attorneys office.  Hope he rots in jail.
