This person called me from this number and also called some relatives of mine. This person was a very rude person and was screaming like a crazy man.

This person called my place of business and I spoke to him, asked him to send me information regarding the claim he was making that I owed money to some company, he started screaming at me so I hung up he continued to call my place of business until I said I would turn him in if he didn't stop calling me at work.

A person from this number called relatives of mine and made some strange claims about a court case. Needless to say, my relatives gave him nothing.

Guy called my parents saying that someone was suing me for fraud.

I just got a voicemail from this guy, who was very condescending (which will ensure that I never answer or call back!), claiming he has left me a ton of messages. I've only heard one, I would definitely know if I had heard more. He doesn't say anything about what he needs to speak to me about. Great, leave all the messages you want, but I do not answer phone calls I don't recognize, and do not waste my time returning phone calls without a hint of what it's about. Reading some of you guys' comments, I remember last year getting a phone call at work, maybe by the same guy but he didn't sound so angry then, asking me for my social because there was a civil suit against me. I asked him what it was in regards to and he couldn't/wouldn't answer. I said, "You must think I'm pretty stupid and unassuming to just give you my social security number. If you can't tell me what this is in regards to, I have not reason to talk to you". Then he said I would be served and I said fine, then I'll know who is suing me! I'm pretty sure he's a debt collector.

This guy named Russell Grant called me claiming he worked for Deleware Abritratirs. He said I was being sued over an old credit card and that all of my assets including my vehicle were about to be frozen.  He gave me the wrong information about the card, so I called him out on it. He didn't like that and started yelling at me. He began to tell me that I was a bad person for not paying my debt and that my intentions were not pure. I hung up on him. Before he called me, his "secretary" by the name of Jennifer Carmichael contacted me and my brother trying to get my information. These people are sleazebags and should be put away!!!!

I been threat by this person Russel Grant And harrsing me if i dont pay 1400 i be going to jail but

I am scared this person harrsed me and threaten me if i dont pay by friday 1400 i was going to jail  what should i do there scammers  they should be put away for also threatning my familiy they  also got my Bank of america credit card inforamtion this so scary there they ones should go to jail for gaving false inforamtion.

Family has been harassed by Russell Grant. Mentioned Joseph Prescott as an attorney that was going to file fraud charges against us. Threatened to file civil suit and mentioned court costs of $2,466 v. an out of court settlement of $877.

He gave me an ultimatum of having to making payment today or charges would be filed. Looked up numbers and name of his agency...Delaware Arbitration Group. It's a fake website. The number listed is 716-514-4893.

He sent paperwork to my email from info@delawarearbitrationgroup.com with the number 1-855-233-0757 listed. The paper work was not professional looking and screamed fraudulent. Do not give out your information or make payments to this agency.

So where is the website...all I find are the phone number comments and this guy Russell Grant is calling my children and my home....ridiculous allegations of fraud and bad checks...all of which are not valid and if someone where to come after me then I would rather deal with the courts then someone like this person...

Does anyone have a physical address for this Russell Grant?...If he asks for a payment where does he want the payment sent to...please post if you have and address...He needs to be served a Cease and Desist for everyone he is illegally harassing.  Delaware Arbitration Group does not come up with any valid information

I live in a secured apartment and had a note with this phone number saying to call a Russell Grant. Since when are debt people allow to come to where u live? I could tell right away that they r debt collectors and probably scammers. I am contacting my attonery in regards to this. Don't give out any information to them or even call them.

Oh and people if you are being sued a sherrif serves you paperwork from the courts not some dumbass over a phone screaming because you won't give them personal information. So he can rant and yell that he is going to sue you. It's all just a scare tatic.

I reported them and all of it to my local police who have heard of them and the cop who came to my house says they are not legit-they are scammers.
They do not obey NY state laws. And they keep changing their names.

Russel Grant just screams right over you like a demon possesed, on his way to hell indivudual. No matter what you try to say he just screams over it insults, threats, name calling and lies concerning your rights.
Michael Waters will say he never said things like he has a sealed document-PLAY BACK YOUR VOICE MAIL MESSAGE TO HIM AND LEAVE HIM NOWHERE TO GO! KEEP YOUR PROOF!
They never devulge necessary information like this is an attempt to collect a debt. The police officer reminded me that if anything comes in the mail or at the door implying you are being sued, call the cops and ask if it is legit. I HAD A VERY NICE COP EXPLAIN MUCH TO ME, AND TELL ME TO CALL 911 IF EVER IN DOUBT ABOUT ANYONE AT THE DOOR OR ANY POSSIBLY LEGAL PAPERS.

called looking for my mother in law. They also called my other family members. I called back and they would not tell me anything just kept screaming at me. I hav now called them 11 times and the screaming man said he is suing me for harrasment. I will continue to call them daily just for fun. This is the number they are using now 213-674-8840

Russell Grant called me stating that I had written a bad check and could not tell me the amount of the check but this was a pay day yes check stating they wanted to prosecute me unless I give him $1115.00 or I could pay  $3000.00.  This man was very rude and and ignorant.  He expected me just to start giving him my information without looking into who he really is.  He gave me a number to call him back @ 8174846549. when I called the number it could not be dialed.  I would rather deal with the courts instead of dealing with him.  When I hung up I told him I would call him back because I was at work and he told me to get ready to accept a subpoena.  He looking out my work window.

same here guyz dont worry about them i once had a call simular to this! but i knew better this time it was charmical

This guy Russel called me today in regards to a Bank of America I Had years back. Threatened to pursure a law suite and other charges. Claimed he was representing a lawyer in NY by the name of Joseph Presscott. I dont know what to do. I called back the original persons i owed a debt to it was no where near the amout he disclosed. I guess mean time  I will contact the local police and contact a lawyer. Any other advice would help

patrick conner called me and claimed i still owed advanced america payday loan i have all reciepts showing proof of payment made last year they were very rude with me and claimed of sending me to court and possible prison time for fraud i happen to be on the computer at the same time and looked up the phone number they were calling from and this poped up and an address so when i asked the man for his mailing adress for my attorney he got aggressive and said by law he could not provide me with that info and hung up.

received phone call from Joseph Prescott ...tried to find out what situation was about . Number was a 952 number looked it up online and it was a lock smith company..said he was sending courier with a court date?
