Another scam number for a collection agency. They had my name and number yet I owe nobody anything. The woman claimed she was going to file a civil suit tomorrow and gave me a 'case number' before leaving her number. Yet another BS claim from another BS company.

Got a call from this number...a hang up.  I called back, talked to an extremely RUDE young man (no name).  He asked for my number and when I asked if he didn't have it on his caller ID, he yelled "don't get smart with me" and hung up.  I called back again and spoke with a different person (Becky) who was somewhat more helpful.

The company was identified as Northeast Credit Solutions (New York) in their recorded greeting.  Becky said it was a LAW FIRM so they were not restricted by the DoNotCall list.  She said my number was removed from their records...we'll see!

Hi been hounded by person behind this no. asking for person that doesnot own phone no. informed person that and he became very angry, yelling. Sent voice mail saying a warrant was being issued for my arrest, but I am not person they claim they are calling spoke with verizon about blockng no. they have several others. very annoying as I am not person they want and do not even know who this person is. so beware. I personally have no credit problems

hey what number did they call you off of ? cause they called me off 1855-888-6784 ext 206 and the company name is suppose to be northeast credit solution the crazy part about this they called my last yr from another # and a warrant for my arrest i called my family lawyer he laughed and said dont believe that you cant get arrested for owing on a loan its a scam a lady called on my machine saying i'm being sued she never left her name just this number this crazy people need to get a life and the man i talk to today he said like the same man i talk to last yr they change there number and name all the time these people are losers

I keep getting calls from this number harrassing me for something I don't owe.  Our credit scores are perfect. How do we make it stop?

On Thursday, May 31, 2012-  I received a phone from Northeast Credit Solutions ( 877-209-0068 ext. 106) and Jermey Henderson, staff member stated that he had my spouse's social security and driver's license numbers.  He stated it was due to my spouse's debt on a credit card and he wanted me to confirm my spouse's  last four  digits of her social security #.  ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!!!!   Therefore, he stated that he had the wrong person. He was very rude/obnoxious and keep threatening with legal action. I have contacted my local state public elected officials and congressman, Federal Trade Commission, and Office of Attorney General and reported this disturbing phone call.

I received a call from the same company in reference to my wife. The jerk was very rude and very unprofessional. I immediately knew it was a scam. My wife never lived in the city or even visted the city he referenced. He was so stupid he didn't even know where we lived. I will have my attorney call the firm if they ever call my house again.

They are calling and making strange threats about pressing charges because they have a fraud charge against my social security number and name the county i live in.  i have recieved these before and know it is a debt collector trying to scam money.

I received a call from this company in reference to my husband, and said they go a pressing charges because they have a fraud charge against his social security number and name the county he live in.  they call us a lot of times and i have to made some payments arregemnent, but when i called back they did'nt answer.

They called saying that they were issuing a civil suite against me.  Although obviously they have no idea where I live because they don't even have the right county.  A family friend of mine is an attorney and he said debt collection agencies will claim to be a law firm, but that they are just a collection agency and trying to scare you into paying a debt you may not even owe.

This company continues to call me, they are very rude and unprofessional.  Someone name Bob called and asked for someone that I don't even know but they continue to yell and cruse me out for a debt that I do not own.  How can I get these people to leave me alone.

Tell them the next time they call you are recording their call and will turn it in to the NY AG's office and the FTC. See how fast they hang up =)

This is a collection agency for a payday loan company threatening "judgements" for theft. They call my retired parents. They need to cease and desist.

I am annoyed and concerned by this at the same time. Not only did I get a call from this number today stating there is a civil suit against me, But they had the last 4 digits of my social, and they had the correct county that I live in. They also called my parents, and my in-laws with the same message!! How do they have all of this information?!!

I have received two calls from this number and another number associated with this so called company, 855-888-6784.

These MoFo's NCS (some rude [***] who calls himself mr duke) just called me and stated I owe wells fargo $1548 for an old bounced check from 2009 which I never wrote or remember writing and that I will be arrested by the LA county sherif dept next week.. I was shocked. I told him I will investigate this and take matters into my own hands. he started muscling me and being very verbally absuive. he claims he's a litigator.... LOOOLLLLLL........ I googled the company name and voila, this site pops up.. beware of these MoFo's. they're major FRAUD!!!!!  beware!!!!!!!!!!...

oh and BTW. he wanted me to PAY him the $1548 right there directly on the phone without any reference numbers, account numbers, verifications by wells fargo or any paperwork from legitimate institutions. just pay him right. on the spot.... [***]
after 13 years of owning various businesses in USA, I'd be damned if I let a nickel and dime hustler fool me and scam me for my hard earned money...

Who the hell are these creeps at NCS. They keep calling for someone I don't know. There was a Mr. Coleman there that was a total douche. He kept insisting that i knew th person they were calling for and said he wouldn't stop harassing me until I got the message across to her. WT?. I'm ready to drive to New York nd kick his a$$!
