Some kind of legal matter being placed against me?

Debt collector that gets you to call them by claiming they are in a pre-legal state (implying they are going to file some sort of legal document).  They claim if you don't call them back you lose all legal rights.  I have no debts so I ignore the call but they keep calling with the same message.  Each time I have 24 hours before I lose all rights.   I'm pretty sure something would have to be mailed to me and any legal papers served to me personally.

Pre-recorded caller saying they are in a pre-legal state as posted above ("Hi this is Susan James" in loud, obnoxious voice").  Each time it's the final time to call and take care of this matter.  No idea what this is about and I'm about ready to file a "pre-legal" claim of my own for the constant harrassing phone calls.  Calling with recorded messages should be illegal anyway, imo.  If you want to settle a matter, call yourself.  I don't know anyone that gives pre-recorded voice calls of any nature any credibility.

I got the same call from a "Susan James" claiming that this is the last call before some legal action is to take place.  First I've heard of it and since we have no debt, they must have me confused with someone else.  I'm all for the "pre-legal" action of our own as suggested by Matt above.  These calls are a pain in the a$$.  Thank goodness for caller ID.

I've gotten 2 phone calls from this phone number and let it go to voice mail. Since I'm not named in the message and get the same arrogant and harassing message about having to call back in 24 hours or I lose my rights.

I received the same call but from 855-272-1365.  I have some debts but, I knew this wasn't a legit call because I am in touch with those I owe.  Plus, I never heard of a "pre-legal claim" and "...placed in a refusal status".  Also, as previously stated, any credible company would not use an auto-call system without using the name of the intended recipient.
