They called saying they were the law office of Evans Law Assoc. They said they had my number as a secondary contact number for my brothers old girlfriend (he has not dated her for 5 years). I thought this sounded very suspicious.

I had someone call me from 716-651-0757, well they told me that I owed at least 700.00 for a Mastercard that I had. they told me that I had to pay the ful amount or make a 100.00 payment from a checking or savings account. I have no Idea if this is a scam or forreal. They just called me back today around 7:45pm. What law frim calls you this late at night.

who are these people. they call and call and call.  the person they ask for isn't here
