Got a message to call this numer, it was an attorney from I don't know what Law firm, telling that he was going to prosecute me for internet fraud and transfer bank to bank????? I am not calling back since I never done that... maybe is a scam

I received a call from a Mr Reid who is nothing but a courier, called my place of employment to tell me to be at work between the hours of 10am & 2pm to be served a letter from Carey Law Firm 800-649-8440.  right off the bat I knew this was some debt collector using illegal tactics to get me to respond.  I never received any correspondence from this company and they have the nerve to threaten me with legal papers??? Please!!! I checked with the local courts in my county and there are no judgements on file.  Sad to say, I have been served with judgements years ago!! So I know how the process works Legally!!! Something similar happened to my mother where a debt collector was harrassing her, verbally abusing her  I told her to immedately file a complaint with the FTC, the Attorney Generals office where the company is located because what that person did was against the law.  I don't care that these scumbags work on commission only to get a paycheck, they need to follow the law.

Hello i have a question, so they never served you at all, bc i got a clal and they said they were going to serve me and i got all freaked out. bc i never got a message or a letter in the mail and i figured that is what they should do. any advice.
