I just got a call from this number and it was AGAIN someone from India for someone I have not been called about before (oddly enough!) and they identified themselves as Delta Financial Services.  If they call again, I'm reporting them to the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en .  I am SO tired of these calls.  Yesterday I reported Aegis Receivables Management, Inc. to everyone I could find to report them to...my state's "Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs", the FTC, the Texas BBB because an arm of Aegis is out of Texas, and an international consumer protection at http://www.econsumer.gov/english/  Please report these people.  Maybe they will have to pay a fine.
