Hugh - 8 Jun 2007Received a call from 716-817-6409, MAB. Called the 866 number above and got a person, gave him the number they called at my office which was for a company that no longer exists. And the nice man took me off their call list. Hopefully.

They have called me several times and either it goes to a recording saying they are Time Warner or this time someone actually spoke. Told him I was not the person who he asked for. The last time I called them back he starting yelling at me to pay my bills when I would not give him my name or phone number. Just hang up on them.

WAS - 4 Feb 2008I get a phone call from this number EVERY day, even on Saturdays, btw 8:45 in the morning to about 9:30 in the morning. Thank you for the 866 number, I just called it and the guy said that he took my number off the list. He asked if I knew someone named Scott...noooo, whoever that is. I hope the calls stop now.

First of all they call all the time and do not have any accurate information about anyone. They also break ever consumer credit law by releasing information about people to complete strangers. I think they actually purchase lists of debts that have been written off by creditors, and they try to extort money out of people, mostly because people do not know their rights as consumers. Make them mail you the information otherwise known as "proof of debt", if they cannot do that tell them to f@ck off! Do not fall for the "we will settle for this dollar amount, if you give us your credit card number now"! Just block the calls it will be your best course of action, or call the New York attorney general and turn them in for breaking the law

Blue Dolphin/Newnan - 18 Apr 2008my caller id showed MAB 716-817-6409/therefore I did not answer,they left a message for me to call about four different numbers(I hope they don't hold their breath"or maybe they should"while waiting for my calls)we have way to much JUNK phone calls now/do not call list is overflowing with numbers,and the calls continue.
